… to do exactly what it claims to do. Color corrected my botchy skin tone (which is medium light), greatly minimized my skin imperfections (dark spots, fine lines and wrinkles) without feeling heavy or greasy. My sensitive skin had no reaction to this product. It is truly perfect for older skin or any skin for that matter.

I just have to tell you about my amazing experience with FaceLove. I was having trouble getting my order delivered so I contacted FaceLove and was put in touch with RAY and how amazing he was!! Ray was able to get my order delivered in a couple days. Thank you Ray!

Oh ya, I love my FaceLove mascara. It makes my 67 year old lashes look stunning!! Long and full for the first time in years.

I was very impressed with Pauline from their Customer Service. She helped me resolve my issue quickly and efficiently! Very responsive and kind.

I ordered this tubing mascara based on my sister’s recommendation after trying several known brands that all would flake under my eyes. Tubing mascara is the only mascara that doesn’t damage my lashes. When I received the Everlove rather than the Iron wand 2.0 I reached out via email and Ray was so helpful and communicated back within a day and got the order corrected so I could get the correct one. I was concerned after seeing other reviews that said they couldn’t get customer support but that was not my experience. I have aging lashes and this is the first tubing mascara that stayed put until I removed it with warm water. Great product!

I placed an order for their Mascara, and was confused about shipping. Pauline responded quickly, and was so nice! I explained it wanted to use the Mascara, before I subscribe. First of all I appreciate so much that Facelove is so responsive to their customers. Pauline responded to me immediately when I had a question about company policy. Secondly I have tried the mascara and it is absolutely as advertised. I love it which is why I now want to try the makeup. I’m so far very impressed with Facelove.

I had an issue with foundation that I purchased. I contacted customer support and Ray was extremely helpful and made sure he found a resolution to the problem that I was satisfied with.

I needed a change from lashes with glue leaving me with short sparse lashes. Facelove ever love mascara did not disappoint! In fact one coat replenished my short lashes beautifully. I was surprised and impressed! Pauline in customer service was very responsive and lovely when I reached out. She’s gained a happy client for sure!

Facelove Cosmetics has a great customer service! I had questions about the product and I had a prompt reply. Pauline was patient and attentive answering my questions.I emailed first and I thought I did not get a reply, but she kindly showed I got a reply. It went to spam folder.

Customer service is outstanding. I placed an order a few days ago, however with all the emails and texts that bog us down daily I deleted my order confirmation. I sent a message from their site, gave them all the information they might need! The very next day I received a duplicate order confirmation along with a pleasant email. All my fault I trashed emails I should have kept, but there is a friendly customer service rep that cares! Thank you, means so much !

I had accidentally made two orders, when I reached out to customer service about canceling one Pauline was quick to cancel it for me extremely quick.

Ray did a wonderful job with my issue. I received a reply very quickly. Very good customer service. If all the other associates work as well as Ray I would have to say you have a great company.

I recently ordered a two pack of the face love mascara. It was taking longer than I expected so I contacted customer service. I got an email back about 30 minutes later from Pauline. She said it showed it had been delivered. I was at work so I called my house and my son said I had a delivery. I emailed Pauline back and told her it had been delivered and thank you for getting back so quickly. Thank you for having great customer service. That has not been my norm for ordering online. By the way, I love the mascara.

I had to contact customer service because of an error I made with my order. An actual person responded almost immediately and resolved the issue. Not the usual automated message that other companies use. AND! I received my order (love it!) within a week!
