I cancelled order within 2 minutes of ordering but they said they had to ship anyway. When I tried to return it the return portal doesn't work and they no longer engage with me.
I am updating my review as I was able to work with support team at Kings Loot and they credited my account for the purchases (minus a return shipping fee). The support team was persistent and eventually made it right in the end. Perhaps it was just a fluke with the orders not being cancelled and then the return portal not working, etc. I appreciate the willingness to make sure it was corrected.

I recently had an excellent experience with Kings Loot customer support, and I felt it was worth sharing.
Several years ago, I received a Kings Loot wallet as a gift and have used it daily ever since. The wallet performed exceptionally well and became an essential part of my everyday carry. After years of regular use, however, it developed a persistent odor that could not be removed despite multiple cleaning attempts.
Because I currently live in Honduras, I was concerned that making a warranty claim would be difficult. Most companies require customers to return the original product, and international shipping can be expensive, time-consuming, and inconvenient. I honestly expected the process to be complicated.
To my surprise, Kings Loot responded quickly and professionally. After explaining my situation, their customer service team reviewed my request and made a special exception so I would not have to ship the original wallet back from Honduras. Instead, they worked with me to arrange a replacement through my U.S. forwarding address.

They quickly answered my question. Fully answered my question. I also want to add that they have amazing wallets I still have the one I got 2 years ago and I still love it. I also got a Kings strap I’m still using it. Their innovators with all their products, theirs a lot of copy cats but I stick with kingsloot bc they have good quality products. They have a lifetime replacement on certain wallets. I had purchased one for my husband and after 4 years something broke. I did not have my order number and the previous email was no longer valid. They tracked down my order and helped me get the replacement going in a very timely manner
