I have been going back and 4th with…
I have been going back and 4th with Kings Loot for over 6weeks now trying to get a refund for damaged luggage that I received. They told me it was processed and to check with my bank. Never received. Then they said they were working with their processor and they would refund it. They resolved the case and said KingsLoot would refund me directly. I still have yet to receive almost $800 in refunds and seem to get no straight answers. I would second guess purchasing from this company.

I had an issue with my order being marked as delivered in my mailbox but wasn’t there.
I contacted support & Amber was really understanding & helpful. She explained several scenarios and ways to mitigate my issue & even was ready to send a replacement. Thankfully a neighbor of mine delivered the package to after she saw it in her mailbox.
I strongly recommend Kings Loot!

Kings Loot has been amazing
Kings Loot has been amazing. The wallets I have purchased have held up and they look great. My dog chewed into one of them and their replacement policy allowed me to get a brand new one for a very nominal fee.

Hi Pirate Matt!
Dogs have great taste in leather, but we’ve got your back!
While four-legged family members present a whole different kind of wear and tear, we never want you left without your favorite wallet. We’re so glad our replacement policy made getting a fresh one quick and easy for you. Thank you for putting your trust in Kings Loot (even against the pups!) and for being such an awesome part of our family!
We hope you have a great day!
Thank you,

I’ve had a wallet for about five or six…
I’ve had a wallet for about five or six years. The money clip piece of it wasn’t holding the bills like I would like. Other than that, the Wallet has held up amazingly. I contacted the company and they sent me a new wallet. I received my new wallet within a week. The process was very simple. They even sent a return label for me to send my old wallet back. Truly, the last wallet I will ever buy. You don’t find a lot of companies with this kind of customer service. I would highly recommend this to all my friends and family.

Wallets and phone cases
This is my third purchase from Kings Loot. I have two wallets and a new case for my iPhone . The quality and feel of their products is amazing, and when placing an order online, the way they handle all business aspects of the transaction is top notch. You get order and tracking information virtually immediately, and my items arrived right on schedule. I love buying from them.
