A friend gifted me a Kings Loot wallet
A friend gifted me a Kings loot wallet, within 3 months the card retriever failed and 2 years later the stitching is falling apart. Lifetime warranty is a Joke. They want information on when, where, who, bla bla... Again it was a gift. Wallet bears their logo. So what's the issue- To start they want 1/3 the price to replace/repair it so that warranty is worthless you- are paying more then their cost to send you another so they are still collecting $ from you on a warranty. The product is not much better that a $30 wallet. Quality is not the best- 2 years and falling apart. If you like shiny things that don't last - this company is for you. If you want something comparable just go to a local store and pay 1/4 of their price. It would be the same quality and last just as long.

Two years ago I bought my husband a Kings Loot wallet for Father’s Day. With its rich Tuscan leather feel, thin profile, RFI CC shielding, adjustable money clip, and clever quick card access design it quickly became his all time favorite wallet. Although the wallet came with a Lifetime Guarantee I did not think he’d ever need it. So a few days ago, my husband was fiddling with the money clip at the checkout line and in rush to check out the adjustable clip must have fallen off….luckily all the currency was still safely in place in the wallet.
When my husband checked online to see if King’s Loot sold a replacement money clip he noticed the Lifetime Guarantee. With little expectation, he wrote to the Kings Loot Customer Support to ask if a lost clip qualifies for a replacement wallet. Within a day, he received a reply that yes, it would replace the wallet. The Support team could not find the purchase matching his email address so he they asked for the original Order Number and my email and delivery address of the purchase. I could not find the order number so he sent Support my email address and our old home address when the wallet was purchased. I later found the old Order Number which he sent separately.
The next day, he received a kind note from Support stating the wallet would be replaced and explained the replacement ordering process. In addition, the support team also reached out to my email keeping me appraised of the order status! The process was simple to follow and he expects to receive the new wallet soon with mailing instructions to send back the old wallet.
I am so impressed by Kings Loot for standing by their quality products. Their support team is not only fast but very helpful working with my husband to get his favorite wallet replaced. You have earned our loyalty for a lifetime!

This company Does Not have a good handle in delivering their goods to customers. Their products is on the high side in pricing. It's an absolute joke. They advertise 3 to 5 days delivery. It's more like 10 to 12 days delivery. If you need things in a hurry, do not order from them.
