After 3 years
After 3 years, my wallet had an issue with the money clip and card holder. Filled out the warranty, and they process and shipped a replacement the same day. Love the wallet!

Highly Recommend
I usually need to replace my leather wallets annually. When I came across Kings Loot offering lifetime warranty I was convinced to purchase my last wallet from them. I do believe it will be my last wallet. I've had it now for 3 years and its still in excellent condition. I highly recommend doing business with Kings Loot. They make sure their customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Kings Loot is an astonishingly efficient and personable company to interact with. Lightning fast delivery of luggage impressed. Personalized luggage very sturdy. Suggests longer trips with longer stays in new or favorite locations. First time being excited about luggage. I should add that the luggage design and material are very well designed. Can’t speak yet to how well it travels.

Quickly replaced a damaged product
Quickly replaced a damaged product. A wallet ripped at the seams. Previous version was stronger because they did not use the fabric that blocks scanning.

Great product, great service
Honestly, Kings Loot is a great wallet with a really easy set of benefits. I bought my first wallet in 2022 and it lasted me 5 years which is aeons in the life of wallets, using it several times a day, every day, for years. This year, when I went to pull the tab to release my most used cards, I noticed that other cards were falling out and i knew it was time for a replacement. Lifetime replacements with Kings Loot is such a benefit - and the process to claim them was so no nonsense and easily done. Definitely think this is an outstanding company.

Hearing that your wallet lasted through daily, heavy use is exactly what we build them for! Even the toughest materials eventually feel the love after being used multiple times a day for years, and that is precisely why we have our Lifetime Replacement program in place.
We believe that claiming your warranty should be just as smooth and no-nonsense as using the wallet itself. Thank you so much for the outstanding review, the awesome breakdown of your experience, and for continuing to carry Kings Loot!
