I’ve been a long time subscriber to Kinda Kawaii and I love the quality and variety of items I get each month! Much better than any other kawaii boxes I have tried before!

Have been a subscriber to various boxes for years and I also make lots of shop orders! Amazing value and quality, & awesome that you can choose your own items in the Kawaii Box. Would recommend over any other Kawaii sub :)

I have ordered the Studio Ghibli advent calendar.
The calendar was broken, the box was very damaged. It is useless as a calendar. The figures are all intact. There are 4 no-faces, 19 Totoros and one other figure.

I was unsure of this website so I ordered 2 quite inexpensive items, a key chain and a pocket watch. The key chain turned up ok and was reasonable. A bit on the dear side but ok. The watch (which should have been on sale) wasn't delivered. The site says order partially delivered, so the watch hasn't been sent and the company are aware. I have emailed them 3 times asking for an update but have recieved no reply, nor have I received a refund. This in now a month later.
I am glad I did test the reliability of the company. If you really want things from this store I suggest you buy a small quantity just to test them.
However , be aware after the item didn't arrive I went on an alternative "online retail service based in China", and found identical items at 1/4 the price.
I am sad that this site failed to deliver. I really wanted to support a niche store.

I did get the refund but it was a long process. Having read the reply I may try them again.
Small stores need our support.
Let's hope it's better next time.

Items were sent in two separate parcels so I only received a few items from my initial £65 order. Contact from the company was good and they sent what I was missing quite promptly after I emailed them, also giving me a discount code should I return.

I later received my missing items ( was refunded for one item (a small letter writing set- as it was out of stock) so no problem there but opening the final box I was still missing an item! I was supposed to of been sent a Jiji cat figure but this wasn’t in either of the two parcels!
The writing set had been replaced with a Totoro one which was nice but doesn’t really make up for the missing figure.

If you have to replace items in people’s orders letting them know should be done as the Jiji figure was one of my most looked forward to items of my whole order, so despite the items I did get all being super cute it’s disappointing.

All in all I did get most of what I’d ordered and the communication was good when I would email in but I’m not sure if I’ll be returning sadly as it was all over the place. I appreciate it was Chinese New Year but maybe just close the site temporarily to avoid delays and be more mindful of stock.

I ordered 12th February, it is now the 5th march and the order hasn't left china. Even with the Chinese new year there was an unacceptable amount of time to process the order and commence shipping.

I bought a Pikachu night light from here and it’s amazing and very cute! Very quick delivery too. Many thanks 😊

Ordered a Pokemon box twice, the first one was great, 5 stars, the second one really wasn't worth the money.

The first one was full of fun things, a big plush, a small plus, a mug and was really cool.

The second one had a towel, a coinbag, a washbag, a mug and a totebag, really disappointing.

Would give the first box a 5/5, the second one a 1/5, comes to 3/5 on average.

Absolutely love this box! I brought a pokemon box and I am on my second month! Can't wait for October the box all the boxes I've had so far are fantastic! They always gets back to my enquiries! If you haven't already you should definitely get a box from them! I also have brought items on its own from the store they arrive very neat and secure!
