Highly recommend!
I have been ordering raw food for my ferrets for a couple of years now from kiezebrink. So far the food quality is outstanding, prices are amazing and very fast overnight deliveries. I really love this place as there is an excellent variety of food options and my ferrets love everything I order for them. I also find it extremely helpful how on the website for each product they have nutrition information with percentages of protein, fat, calcium etc.
The only one thing that I didn't really like was the customer service reply to my inquiry. I messaged them to ask about a possible product I couldn't find but also I thanked them for the above points as they are a very reliable business and I am always happy with the orders I receive. However, the reply I got was a simple no as "we don't supply this and never had", I mean it not a disaster but I would expect to have at least some acknowledgement of my compliment? I don't know, maybe Im expecting too much?

I liked everything about the company…
I liked everything about the company, especially the service which was prompt and efficient. Kiezebrink seems to be the best company for raw cat food that I can find.
I will be ordering regularly from now on.

Dear Mrs Calver,
Thank you for your review and sorry that some products are unavailable. We try to carry as much stock as possible but on occasions some of the raw material can be hard to source. For instance; rabbit meat is almost impossible to source at the moment. It is one of our most popular flavours, but we don't have raw material to make some of the rabbit products.
Regarding the VAT. Most of our products are exempt from VAT, except labelled 'Cat Food'. We are also required to charge VAT on the postage and packaging which is where you incurred a VAT charge.

Happy but stock
I'm very happy I have found this company and I can feed my cats with what they need, knowing its made specially for them. Delivery after the order takes usually 2-3 working days. The only thing I'm not entirely happy with is that the meat I order - usually a whole box - is not always in stock and I'm forced that way to buy more expensive meat - my cats won't eat anything else but rabbit meat.
