I ordered dog food & was advised it would be delivered 6 days later. Despite money being taken, the food never arrived. When I tried to chase, the website was down for maintenance, there were no replies to telephone calls& emails went unanswered. I’m assuming they’ve gone out of business.

Bought a motor for my fluval fx4 . Unit at over 100 dollars failed in 2 weeks. No customer service rep replied back to my emails thru their contact us page. Customer service doea not exist nor do they stamd behind their products. Had to purchase another motor rhu another company. So my aquarium will have no filtration for 2 weeks. Thank you monster pets for putting my fish's health at risk. Do not recommend this company at all

I never received my order that I ordered in October, they had my money. When I tried to call there was no answer and that they were having problems. The never replied to my emails

Up until last month I received a good service as a monthly subscription customer but haven’t received my November order and no payment taken so I can only assume they are no longer in business as I can’t get hold of anyone on their contact number consequently I have had to use another supplier.

Company gone Into liquidation, you will not receive your items ordered, please contact your card company to initiate a refund.

Ordered a product on the 11th October but have not received it. Have tried to email them but the email bounced back, tried phoning, but just got cut off. Not sure if this company has closed.

I have a repeat cat litter order. None has arrived, I don't think I have been charged but the website just says it is down for maintenance. I am assuming they have closed but it would have been respectful if they at least emailed their subscribers that they weren't going to get their orders.

Usually very good but my last order got sent to my old Address and I can't get through to either phone or email and the website is down so I'm out of pocket £44 :(

What is going on?? I cant get through on the phone and it constantly says that the website is down whatsd happening. I placed an order overt 3 weeks ago fort 2 bags of dog food. This company have always been brilliant but this time it didnt turn up and still hasnt turned upo. I am down £80 just cant get hold of them.

My Dad has been trying to get through to them, no refund received. They're not responding to emails, and you can't get through on the phone. On this basis, I would say - being generous - they're chaotic and, if cynical, running a scam. Do NOT buy from here, as I see others have the same problem recently.

Ordered 10/10/23, received an email after purchase confirming an estimated delivery of 18/10. Still waiting. No dispatch email, no reply to my email 6 days ago querying where my delivery was, never able to get through on the phone (my numerous attempts have resulted in a message saying "no agents available" & hangs up on me), & website has been "down for maintenance" for over a week. Luckily I paid through PayPal - good luck to those other 1 star reviews who are trying to get refunds from Monster.
