The Key safe would survive a Nuclear…
The Key safe would survive a Nuclear War. The instructions for mounting are good as are the fixing bolts. Your supplied instructions however are awful. I did however find some that were great. These are called “Operating the Keysafe (tm) page 12. Please supply these in the safe on supply. 10 clear instructions with 10 accompanying pictures. Thank you.

We’re pleased to hear you found the key safe itself extremely robust and that the mounting hardware and fixing bolts met expectations.
We’re sorry to hear the instructions included with the safe weren’t as clear as they should have been. Supra key safes are manufactured overseas and we supply them as a reseller, so the printed instructions inside the box are provided by the manufacturer. We have previously raised feedback with them regarding the clarity of these instructions.
Thank you also for mentioning the “Operating the Keysafe™” guide you found. Just to clarify, this guide was produced by another business rather than by us directly. However, we completely appreciate your comments around how clear and easy to follow it is.
In response to customer feedback like yours, we have also created our own simplified step-by-step installation and operating guide, available through the Help Centre on our website.
We’re also always happy to post a copy out or talk customers through setup over the phone if helpful.

Well first of all, there is a good selection of items and it is very easy to order and pay. I thought I had to source a keysafe for a stroke patient, but, after I'd bought it, I found it had already been done. I spoke to a very helpful customer services lady, who offered a total refund. This was done immediately and I am more than grateful. Very many thanks.

I Sent in as requested a elderly friends key safe for repair overhaul to key safe, as going through official channels like the council etc would have taken weeks to achieve anything, so with in two days key safe had sent a brand new one due to issues that were identified during initial installation years ago, and a recent attempts to change the combination code caused some issues also,, the turn round was fast 2 days in fact, and the report sent to me by email was very detailed about the faults that needed addresssing in the original safe a very very satisfactory service. Thank you.

Keysafe reliance on unreliable carrier
The initial enquiry related to an elderly relative’s 9+year old Supra 500P which had become inoperable.The initial advice was excellent.
The following day an order was placed at 10.00 am for a new Supra 500P with next day delivery.We were then advised that the carrier DPD had failed to transfer the order from its Birmingham hub and that it would be delayed by a further day.The advisor from Keysafe customer services was only able to offer a reimbursement of the next day charge but with little understanding of the impact of this delay on the elderly relative and also to the disruption to my installation arrangements and also to my travel plans.
I was disappointed that no substitute carrier arrangement was attempted.

We’re very sorry for the frustration caused by the courier delay and appreciate how disruptive this was, particularly given the arrangements you had in place for your relative, installation, and travel.
Once the parcel had been dispatched into the DPD network, we were advised it had been delayed at the Birmingham hub. We understand there was discussion around sending a replacement; however, based on the courier timings available to us, a second parcel would not have arrived any sooner than the original parcel already in transit. For this reason, we refunded the next day delivery charge as the quickest resolution available at the time.
We completely appreciate that this did not remove the inconvenience caused. Following your feedback, we have also raised this directly with DPD, and our team is currently reviewing the delay with them to better understand what happened and whether anything could have been handled differently on the courier side.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re sorry the delivery did not meet expectations.
The best you can buy!
Absolutely excellent. Having done some research into key safes and wanting a secure model we opted for the Ark Tamo. This model allows for 9.7 million possible combinations, versus circa 4000 on traditional boxes. I placed the order on their website and within 15 minutes the order had been dispatched and tracking info sent.
The key safe arrived as promised and it is certainly a cut above the rest. At approx. 2kg and excellent build quality I have every faith in this product. Well thought out, the included fixings were quality and was a 5 minute job to code and install.
Is it expensive compared to the £20 master lock type, yes. Is master lock in the same league, not even nearly! If you're on the fence go right ahead and try the key safe company, you wont be disappointed!

So easy to deal with, I found the high quality keysafe I wanted due to the excellent and detailed specification on the website. It was reasonably priced, especially considering the quality of the product.
The fitting instructions were so comprehensive that even a layman like myself fitted it with remarkable ease. I love dealing with a company that backs their product and cares enough to provide guidance on how to get the best out of it.
It also arrived quickly and with regular tracking updates. Everything about this transaction, from ordering to installation, was easy.

I was treated in a friendly manner and was sent booklets explaining the different key boxes. The info was full and helpful. I rang to order the one I chose and was given details of what happens after I receive the box. The box was received the next day with info on what happens when fitted.

Excellent product
Product well recommended by the police force. Large push button controls and back lit at night.
