Easy to order
Easy to order, fast delivery, great Communications. Bit sceptical about the price having hot a key box from Aldi for £15. As soon as I picked up the box to open it, I knew this was far superior. Very substantial, easy instal, very easy to use. Would recommend highly over cheap supermarket ones.

I found this company on the internet and was impressed by the quality of their products and company background. The order process was slick and easy. Delivery was via DPD, another reliable quality company. I received my purchase within 48hrs. It was packaged securely and arrived in good condition. I slipped up by omitting the add the installation tool to my order but after an e-mail to the company, I received a prompt reply with a commitment to include the tool before the order was dispatched. All worked very well. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Excellent website and service
Ordered original Key Safe 2019 for my brother and the service was excellent.
When I needed to move it, found all the answers to my questions on the excellent website eg that needed new masonry bolts. I ordered them and they were promptly delivered so Key Safe now in new position. I couldn’t have done this myself but fortunately had some help.

Hello. Many thanks for this review. We have had a small batch where the template is slightly the wrong size but this has now been rectified. Apologies that this one slipped the net. In our testing, it didn't affect installation, but you can also mark the holes through the safes mounting holes if you have a pen that fits. Many thanks TKST

Delivered quickly and very robust. Not to hard to mount and we were surprised at just how secure it seems. Much stronger than key safes we have seen at holiday accommodation for example.

Immediate service and timely delivery. The product is also solid, well made and easy to fit. The Supra over the door key safe seems like a solid investment. My only very slight query is it's not really an over the door fitting unless you want to look at it on its side. But it fits on the side of the door perfectly and is very secure

I ordered the keysafe and it arrived…
I ordered the keysafe and it arrived safely. I was contacted by Kevin, the fitter, who arranged a date and time mutually convenient to us both to come and fit the keysafe.
He arrived on time and in no time at all he had it fitted and showed me how to use it. I am pleased because it is a lot easier to use than the previous rubbery effort I had which I could never use, though other people were able to use it when I gave them the number. This is better because I can access my spare keys if I ever get locked out.
