Easy to order - good piece of kit
Easy to order, hearty piece of kit (tamp pro) but held in well with the xl screws. I have yet to work out how to use as I’m unsure whether a number such as 123245 can be entered as 122345 as the instructions suggest.

Key safe was great. I also purchased the installation pack. Unfortunately the drill broke in the brick. Had to chase up a replacement drill, but it has now arrived

Very good customer service…
I contacted the company to arrange purchase and installation of a Supra C500 key safe. The process was straightforward and customer service was very helpful. There was a problem initially coordinating the installation as this was for an elderly relative and I needed to be there to arrange access.so it was important that a time and date was pre-arranged with the fitter which proved problematic. However when I contacted customer service (Jamie) was extremely helpful in arranging this.
