Very Sturdy Keysafe
The outside of my house is rendered. To adhere to the security requirements I had to order the extra long bolts. The install was not difficult, but drilling the holes needs to be straight and level. I defiantly feel my keys are well protected.

I asked for a part. Unfortunately they don’t sell them anymore. But they had one and sent it to me for free.
Talk about going above and beyond. Also I had never done business with them before…. They could have easily tried and sell me a new lock for £50.

Despite charging an extortionate £4 to send 4 screws it still hasn't arrived 4 days later.

Extemely poor customer service
After fixing our lock for £410, I requested a short report detailing the problem to send to our home insurers. I called them and emailed them many times, and they ignored my request every time. The insurers will not cover my claim without this report. Extremely poor customer service!
