Just like to thank the lads Jake and jay that came to the moorlands to connect us today they went above and beyond to help us and also communicated with the tech people to get us up and running 10/10 thanks again

It was easy to setup and all devices that was connected to my previous router were connected automatically. The monitoring and configuration from my phone is handy and gives me a great view of what is going on in my network.

Billed me wrong. Refund refused.

Billed me wrong. Promised to fix it, didn't and are now refusing to refund.

Upgraded to a lower plan as went from out of contract to new contract.

I spent an hour on the phone with them a few weeks ago, was promised a credit on my bill that would reduce the DirectDebit to put things how they should be.

They have now collected the whole amount incorrectly. I raised a complaint, they told me everything is fine and the credit "will not be actioned" because I upgraded too close to the billing date (it was like a week before the billing date!) so to suck it up.

Absolutely insane behaviour. Will be taking to the Ombudsman.

Like talking to brick wall spent a full 45 mins on the phone and had the call disconnected by the person and handed to pillar to post trying to get a date sorted

Fitting - New to KCOM

New to Kcom, Matt and Jake came and fitted in our broadband. Customer service was on point, we had a conversation and loved how they said hello to our 1 year old daughter. Once fitted he took me through the app and overall I am happy. Thank you both!

received an email from KCOM that our contract was coming to and. My wife and I visited the Hull city centre KCOM building/reception. We were dealt with quickly by the female receptionist who explained the various options available to us in simple terms. The whole process took less than 15 minutes and we are now on a cheaper package than before.

Fleece existing customers

You do not value existing customers. You are offering tempting packages to newcomers then trying to restrict existing customers. I was receiving a poor service on fibre 300 and enquired about an eero router only to be told I did not qualify and would either have to purchase one from Amazon or pay an additional £5 a month. I am still livid

Excellent insulation

The installers, Jake and Jason were excellent. They couldn’t be more helpful, advising where best to place the installation and explaining the setup.
The KCOM call staff were brilliant too. Very supportive. Highly recommended.

Really great installation

Really great installation, the guys were so nice! Very neat and I’ve gone from 13Mbps to 100+Mbps, bliss. They kept me well informed at each step, one team pulled a draw wire to the house (no digging), the next team installed the kit and helped me set it up. I was offline for only one minute, excellent work.

Matt & Jake were fab, wasn’t a straightforward job due to the nature of our property but they persevered and got the job done with no fuss! Did a fantastic job, great lads. Easy set up, very happy!!

Matt & Jake arrived early. Installed fibre across the garden and drive with no problems. Left everything very tidy. Set up the router and demonstrated the app. Very friendly and efficient.
