They sold me cheap china product and it failed within 3 weeks! They did not honor their 30-day money back on Amazon. They also had a 5 year warranty but they referred me to JLA to get a replacement, but they don't respond leaving me with trash!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered chairs and one came with arm broken and they were not same color as online, they are much lighter. Now they are saying I have to pay shipping on them to send back which is $112.00 for each box. This is ridiculous. I have sent them pictures of broken piece and boxes and everything they wanted. Now I have contacted Amazon about them which is where I ordered them from. I jus r want two shipping labels prepaid by kartit and get a refund. Will never buy anything from this company again. This is the first problem I have ever had returning something. UPS said they should be paying for the shipping not me and to contact Amazon.

They dont deserve 1 star. We purchased a pub table and had such a hard time trying to return it. they kept asking us for an order number and a photo. Then they told us we had to pay for shipment to return which turned out being much more than we paid for it. Horrible experience and I will never ever buy from them again. Nor will my friends or family. I have warned them all. Kartit is the WORSE !!!!! THEY COULDN'T EVEN MEET US HALF WAY.

Giood quality and selection
I was looking for a directors chair and their side had a wide variety of sizes and colors and prices. I ordered one and they were delivered quickly and efficiently. To start I ordered a couple of furniture items. Everything arrived promptly and customer service was easy to reach. The prices are better then I have seen on other websites including Amazon. I have used them several times and would recommend them highly. Plus it seems like a small business. I would choose them over any large retailer.

Wood (Pulaski) pedestal is misshaped.
The wood (Pulaski) pedestal I purchased arrived chipped at one of the bottom corners. I can cosmetically fix the chipped surface.
However, the worst issue is that the top of the pedestal is not flat! It is domed (rounded up) in the center and drops down 1/8" from the center of the dome to the edges. Anything I place on the pedestal wobbles around. This experience has gone from an initial excitement about buying the pedestal to a real disappointment.
