I bought a lamp from OJ Commerce for $200. A week later, without even an email from them, my credit card company alerted me that my payment had been refunded. When I called customer service they said that the lamp "ran out of stock" but they would be getting restock in 5 days with the new price of $300. They would not honor the price I had paid. What a shameful thing to do.

Amazon allows 3rd party sellers to play by different rules and this company created their own cancellation policy because of it.

Context: If an item hasn't been processed or shipped you are allowed to manually cancel it yourself through the Amazon app unless its a 3rd party seller however an honest 3rd party seller will grant your request in a timely manner because time is of the essence, so as long as the item hasn't worked its way through processing and shipping yet cancellation should be as easy as a couple of mouse clicks.

Like other people on here my item wasn't close to being shipped yet i contacted them pretty quickly once i discovered they were a 3rd party seller
(Amazon lets you filter for prime items only but for some reason 3rd party vendors still show up always double and triple check)

They claim they needed to wait a couple days to hear back from the shipping department which makes no sense because the item is not even in the processing stage yet. A person who is looking to do honest business will realize that this is the ideal time to cancel before the item is processed/shipped.

Like a lot of people I also have access to the Amazon seller dashboard all it takes is a couple clicks to get an item cancelled. Their support team can see the exact status of the item, if you see the item hasnt even been processed yet well what exactly are you waiting two business days for the shipment department to tell you?

Based on my research its seems they have a pattern of delaying requests for cancellation because they intend to ship the item anyhow because they are aware that most customers wont bother returning items that cost a lot to return sometimes costing more to ship back than the cost of the item itself. (Please do your own research and see what you find)

It seems like a growing amount of companies that deal in heavy goods like this one seem to leverage expensive shipping costs to their advantage making it easier for them to sell low quality or damaged goods.

We purchased this table and are very pleased. All parts were in perfect shape. It was easy to assemble. Sturdy. Very attractive piece.

The merchandise arrived in a timely manner. I have not had the opportunity to open the box yet.

Blind work great. Easy to put in place. Will ne ordering more from them in the future.

Quick delivery and easy to assemble and very well constructed. Plus most important is my 2 cats love their new furniture.

Item was accurately described. Lovely lamp. Exceeded my expectations.

My coffee table was here promptly. I had no reason to contact the seller.

The item arrived in a timely fashion and was as described. The cat house is sturdy, very large, and high quality.

I have four boys and they are using them to build Legos on. We purchased one and it worked so well and looked nice for presentation, that we ordered a second table just like it.
It is sturdy good quality and arrived in great condition.

The product was delivered on time and its a great horseshoe for flipping ringers

We've had the stand for about a month now and it's fine. Nothing special and not worth the price.

Pros:
1. Looks cute.
2. So far, it holds 3 coats and 2 umbrellas with no problem.

Cons:
1. We received NO INSTRUCTIONS with this product. Just a tiny picture.
2. Assembly was difficult due to parts being misfitted. Putting this product together is a headache and the screw holes do not line up properly.
3. It feels cheap. The metal is cheap and the whole stand is wobbly. For $50, it's not worth it. I'd pay no more than $25 if I had to do it again.
4. The weld on the branches is super obvious, not smooth, and looks like poor work. I wouldn't put a lot of weight on the stand.

Love the blue color, rounded corners, and size. Also, love decorating with red, white, and blue with this blue area rug. Very nice rug

I recently received my merchandise, and it is absolutely adorable. The packaging was secure, ensuring the item arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was prompt and on schedule, reflecting excellent service. The item's quality is outstanding, exactly as described. Pricing was reasonable, making a delightful and worthwhile purchase overall.

This was a gift for my cousin and her kitty, Mouse. Mouse climbed up the first night and slept in it and has continued to sleep on the top perch every night since...monitoring my cousin's sleep! (My cousin has it in her bedroom next to a window) Mouse gets to enjoy bird watching during the day. Very satisfied with the construction and how quickly it was delivered.

I was scammed by this seller on eBay and I suggest that you stay away.

I purchased a crib which was supposed to include a mattress. I even contacted them before buying to confirm the details of the mattress and they confirmed it was included, as well as the specifications.

I received the item a few weeks later with an international delivery and found out the mattress wasn't there. Other pieces such as the instruction manual and some screws were missing too.

I lodged a complaint but the seller refused to refund me, so their scam was successful and I never recovered the money.

This cat pagoda is solid and a very high quality. We liked the first one so much we bought a second one. It looks more elegant than most wonky cat trees you will find out there. Delivery was pretty good, the boxes were secure, and there was no damage. It comes pre assembled. Our cats love these, they are an important part of their exercise regimen. Thank you for offering quality and good delivery.

The merchandise quality is less than was represented. Pieces of the carpet covering have delaminated, and the cats are ingesting them. What appear to be staples were protruding and I had to tack them in to avoid injury to my wife and to the cats. I believe that this product's poor quality deserves reimbursement of the purchase to my credit card. I will be happy to return the merchandise to you if you send a return merchandise authorization.

Their Siggy sofa is nice but it’s misleading to label it as real leather when no such thing is mentioned on the law tag… so it’s likely not real leather

They ignore your cancellation requests. Then try to charge you to send the item back. Only after explaining my credit card company would be involved they issued a return label
