Unfortunately I’m having issues with ticketing. I have received a QR code for 1 ticket however I’ve purchased 3 for an event that is tomorrow.
I have sent multiple emails but not received any communication in return.

Had an issue with my ticket and called customer service to raise a query. Jaz was very helpful and resolved the issue in quick time.

My partner bought tickets for Tokyo Nights on 24/06 and the event was cancelled with four hours’ notice. We cannot make other dates as the same category of ticket is sold out. Despite emailing multiple times, this company continue to ghost us with a request for a refund. Kaboodle and Tokyo Nights are money-grabbing scammers who love to ignore their customers.

The booking was simple, the payment plan intuitive and really useful in spreading the cost of the festival. I contact Kaboodle following my booking to upgrade my ticket to include the camping option. The customer service agent, Jaz, was excellent, explained everything clearly and upgraded the ticket as requested. The whole experience has been very good.

Very poor communication and processing of a refund and still outstanding.. we turned up at Tokyo nights event on 24/6/26 to find it had been cancelled . I have been in communication mast days since and still await clarification on process or progress to get my refund.. it is I’ve £766! Such a shame as my experience of purchasing and upgrading tickets ( for the then cancelled was very efficient) still waiting any update on my refund!!

Absolutely disgraceful service supplied by kaboodle, my code to book my bus to boomtown did not work and after receiving one email asking for more information I did not hear back from them for 11 days. Therefore I am now unable to book the bus I would like and am going to be assigned to a bus of their choosing. Shocking service

Really easy to navigate and book our festival tickets and package through Kaboodle. I made a mistake and double booked the parking but after sending an email through the help pages the extra booking was cancelled and cost refunded. Good company and website

Our group of six had booked tickets worth around £700 for Tokyo Nights. On the day of the event about 3 hours before, it was cancelled due to the heatwave. Whilst I appreciate that safety has to come first, the way everything has been handled since has been incredibly poor. It was well known there was goign to be a heatwave all week and all the previous week, to wait 3 hours before the show is appauling especially given people take time off work etc. Also, there was no mention of any compesnation for inconvienience, it was more around the tone of we will get back to you how you can rebook.

We were told our tickets were "100% protected" and that we'd receive a code to rebook. The email didn't even include the code, so I had to chase it myself.

I have just tried to rebook (even despite not having any code sent over), and to my dismay there was virtually no suitable availability for all six of us, and the ticket prices no longer matched what we'd originally paid. It's frustrating to be told your booking is protected when, in reality, you're left with fewer options and more questions than answers.

For a booking costing around £700 for a 90-minute event, I'd have expected far better customer service and communication.

I'm still hoping Tokyo Nights will resolve this properly by honouring our original booking value, finding suitable availability for our group, and recognising the inconvenience they've caused. Until then, I can't recommend the experience based on the customer service alone.

I had a fantastic experience getting my event tickets upgraded to VIP for Anyma in London thanks to Jaz at Kaboodle! She was incredibly helpful and efficient, going above and beyond to coordinate upgrades for my entire group, even when one of our bookings was slightly complicated. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended, and thanks again to Jaz for her excellent support!

Scammers!! Cancelled our event because of the heatwave but won’t offer a refund even though we’re not in the country. I even have insurance with ticket plan but they said because they cancelled the event I won’t be offered a refund. Don’t book with these people. They even offered to reschedule but didn’t provide a code to input get new tickets. £200 down the toilet and very slow customer service!

Jaz was exemplary in her / his service, I had a few changes and requirements to sort out and he / she managed them in a timely and very professional manner, no fuss, no bother, just done with a smile.
