We purchased a vintage style radiator today in a colour to match our new fitted wardrobes, and also happy to find Just Radiators stocked brushed gold vintage style radiator valves, the colour again will match the gold handles on our bedroom furniture. What a lovely experience it was being helped by Daisy from Just Radiators in Preston. A very knowledgeable, friendly and professional young lady. We were impressed by the choice of radiators in the showroom. Highly recommend.

Sometimes the way a problem is handled gives you an insight into how good a company is and i was certainly impressed with Just Radiators when this recently happened with my purchase
Ordering was easy , delivery was prompt and efficiently handled, communication was good. It was only when i opened the item (which was extremely well packed) that i discovered damage in manufacturing. I reported the issue sent some photos received a prompt response and a new radiator was with me in the next few days

Box was damaged im.guessing by delivery firm ,this lead to a loss of paint on towel rail ,wasnt big issue as I had radiator touch pen in my stock ,the screw fixing the brackets to each other are not the best ,towel rail solid well designed

I ordered a few radiators from just radiators and all was fine with communications and delivery.

Unfortunately we discovered an issue with some defective wall brackets when installing the towel radiator. Due to ongoing house renovations, this was not discovered until 11 months after order.

I duly contacted Just Radiators who asked me to send details and photos.

Dylan was my main point of contact with this issue and he liaised directly with the manufacturer, Reina. I was hoping to get a replacement set of wall brackets but the manufacturer advised they had updated the design and the new brackets would not fit. A whole new radiator has since been dispatched.

Its clearly not ideal when there are defects with a product, but I cannot fault the way in which the issue was handled by Just Radiators or Reina, or the outcome. It’s great when problems get solved promptly with minimal fuss.

Excellent service. Just Radiators delivered exactly what I ordered when they said they would. It was also much better quality than the smaller towel rail it was replacing. Very pleased.
