Just Radiators Omdömen

Ellie was brilliant, gave me the info I needed and got back to me the same day with answers to my queries that she couldn't answer initially. Thanks Ellie.

Great service, lovely radiator 😀

Beautiful radiator well made and delivered in exceptional packaging

When we visited the store we found the technical advice helpful in deciding which radiator and what style would be best. Also, it helped us decide between traditional mild steel and aluminium. We had a subsequent issue as one of the radiators was leaking when the heating was first turned on in the autumn. A phone call made, visit to the showroom and their customer advisor Lex Woods resolved everything quickly & professionally. Within a week a new radiator was delivered and the leaking one taken away with out any hesitation - now that is what I call good service! The supplier even called to confirm arrangements and one of their team came to the house specially in his own vehicle to deliver on the promised day. Highly recommend this place for value and customer service.

After getting a wrong valve everyone i spoke too helped rectify the problem dylan went above and beyond to sort things many thanks would use this company again everything else was spot on

Shit delivery, promised within 8-10 days delivery, 3 weeks later get told it’s going to be another 9 fecking weeks, we’ll pissed off is an understatement.

Bought a 3 column radiator and support feet from the easy to navigate website.
When I received delivery, one of the support feet was damaged. I contacted customer services and Dasiy and Erica sorted a replacement with I received in 48hrs. Very Happy with the purchase and customer service.

Good description and photos of what your chosen radiator looks like, coupled with excellent prices and first class delivery service

Radiators delivered within two days, with delivery driver tracker so I didn’t have to wait in all day. Well priced. Would definitely use again.

Great service really fast delivery.

Easy web site to use, came when they said they would.

Mislaid wall fixing brackets contacted Ellie who immediately dispatched them so they would arrive before 1pm the next day. This was extremely helpful as my plumber was arriving to install them.
Whatever product queries I had, Ellie was always able to respond straight away.
Faultless customer service. Radiators all fitted and look great.
Really positive experience throughout.

Fantastic service and very friendly… They helped when I placed the wrong order and came up with a great solution Thank you very much we will be recommending you !!

Absolutely brilliant company. Super fast delivery and great customer service when I realised I had ordered the wrong valves. Great returns and refund. Would totally recommend and will use again. PS the radiator (vertical anthracite) looks fabulous and throws out some heat! One very happy customer 😊

Good price and quick delivery, waiting for fitting before posting comment because I wanted to see how it looked and it looks very good and has a good heat output.
