Excellent Customer Service
Made order last minute for an impending en-suite install, with a lead time which look very tight against the arrival of my fitter. Jax was excellent in the level of customer service provided, keeping me updated (often without needing to be asked), at all stages, and through to expediting at her end as much as possible. Rad delivered before fitter arrived so very happy customer. Thanks Jax

Ordering the radiator was easy and it came quicker than expected. The delivery however was not as smooth. I did delay it getting back too you to arrange the delivery but I said I wasn’t available for delivery on the Friday as I wouldn’t be there so the lady on the phone agreed with me that it would be delivered on the Monday. However it was delivered on the Friday and luckily I just got home as the delivery company rang me to say they were there.

They radiate perfection
My dealing with Just Radiators and filling in an online order form was going to be daunting for a technophobe like me until I spoke to a young lady by the name of Daisy Twigg. She was calm, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable, she talked me through the completion of the form, double checking the sizes were correct and then we went on to the checkout. All secure, I filled in card details and amounts and finally felt confident to send the payment, it went through seamlessly with the help of young Daisy, she's a star.
