If you want to save yourself the stress and expense, stay away from this company. I ordered products from them in glass jars; everything was wrapped in thin paper and packed into a single box. The box took a heavy hit, and many of the lids were damaged. The company refused to accept the return or issue a refund. I had to initiate a chargeback through my bank—that was the only way to get my money back. This company is run by a bunch of Polish "cowboys." Steer clear of them.

Being away on holiday I ordered venison for my boys. This was the brand I ended up with. Absolutely awful. Full of large sharp bones and mush and sinews. No mince or meat here. This brand ends up like some slimy cheap pate. My boys have always been fed raw with no issues but this food, despite my picking out all the sharp and massive bits of bone, caused my eldest dog to bleed from his bottom. I would not recommend this brand at all. I’m not sure how they are allowed to produce and sell this product or indeed whether they adhere to raw dog food production legislation. It’s utter garbage and that is where I have put it. One bag was off, one bag had a rip in it. Their standards are very poor. AVOID unless you want a poorly dog.

Ordered 5 days ago and still nothing delivered or any response from them

Very rude staff. Totally ignored myself and two friends waiting to be served for take away drinks. Deliberately made us wait, chatting to the previous customer and then went to service someone else. Shame on you.

Good products diabolical customer service. Overpackaged to the point of ridiculous. My last order consisted of 16 packets of beans. At home, I comfortably placed them into one of the boxes they sent them in, plus with the three packets I still had at home. But they distributed the sixteen small packets into three boxes, two thirds empty, to make sure, that during the transport, the packets fly around in the box and can get broken. They add heaps of scrunched up paper I have nowhere to store, but had to take them to the nearest industrial container. Neatly compressed, the packets would be safer. As other customers complain, the delivery was advised to be by DHL, but it was passed to Evri. As usual, Evri misdelivered the parcels and I had to go searching for it. I expected a little box and was in a shock to see three boxes. I had to go for reinforcement to get them transferred to my address. I complained to Just Natural and that is when the real circus started. Their customer service insisted, that I do not live where I believe to be living, but at the wrong address where another seemingly illiterate Evri driver left my boxes. To that end, they sent me a photo of the wrong delivery and they added a photo of my actual property claiming that the two places are the same! They did this referring to Gps, which clearly shows them as two different addresses. You have to see this to believe! I previously confirmed that I have the items, but the clerk asked me to fill in a form if I have not received it, so they can claim compensation from DHL. How can these individuals deal with customers, when they cannot read and they do not care to read beyond the last e-mail in an ongoing issue. Just Natural customer service seem just the type that should go to work for Evri! It is also unacceptable and offensive to suggest, that if you managed to retrieve your misdelivered parcel, then everything is fine and you have no reason to be unhappy. About time Just Natural changed their customer services in order to match their lovely products. Currently, their clerks are turning queries into an endless annoying mockery!

Disappointing customer service – be aware when ordering.

I placed an order that included breadcrumbs because the website showed they were in stock. After my order was processed, I was told they were actually out of stock and was refunded for the item.

A few days later, I checked the website and the breadcrumbs were back in stock. I asked if they could simply waive the delivery charge on a new order as a goodwill gesture, as I just didn't think it was fair to have to pay postage twice because they couldn't supply an item that appeared to be available when I ordered.

The request was refused due to company policy, meaning the only way to get the item I originally wanted was to place a new order and pay another delivery charge.

I understand stock issues happen, but if the website doesn't reflect actual stock levels, customers should be warned before placing an order. Otherwise, you can order items believing they're available, only to find out later that they aren't and you're left paying extra if you still want them.

Very disappointing customer service and not the level of goodwill I'd expect.

The products from Just Natural are of good quality

My only issue is if you order a product that is in stock only to be out of stock at packing, Just Natural (CLF) don't inform you and you still get charged

Unless you make them aware you will
NOT get a refund or back order apparently their system does not accommodate such actions

Make sure you check deliveries throughly and report any shortfalls to get your credit

Do not buy from Just Natural.
Absolutely disgusting service. I paid £160 for my order and they sent my order with Evri, the cheapest courier with a well‑known reputation for losing and stealing parcels.
This is completely unacceptable. If my parcel goes missing because you chose the lowest‑cost courier, I will be reporting your company to Trading Standards and will start a chargeback.
Shocking behaviour from a company charging premium prices while cutting corners on delivery.

And for the record — this is my last time shopping with Just Natural. Shopify‑obsessed, cutting corners, and saving 50 pence on customers who are paying premium prices.

My 3 year old grandbabe absolutely loved the green pea pasta when she came to stay so I’ve sent her two boxes. It’s super nutritious and delicious pasta.
