Rotten nuts and seeds. Poisonous and inedible almonds and pumpkin seeds.
They wouldn’t even have decency to send a return label for their rotten inedible products. Won’t order again and don’t bother buying from them! Save your time, energy and money on different sellers.

The delivery service was quick, which was great. Unfortunately, the quality of the roasted nuts was nowhere near an acceptable standard — unless you like burnt cashews.

The price was only slightly lower than the standard market price, so I wouldn’t say it offers particularly good value. Another issue is that there are no reviews on their website, which makes it difficult to get guidance from other customers before ordering.

I was concerned about ordering as had read mixed reviews but wanted to add my own review as I had a really good experience. Placed my order (flapjack bars) on Tuesday evening, got notification it had been dispatched on Wednesday and item arrived Thursday. Bars had a long (1 year) shelf life so can’t fault them at all. I’f d certainly have no concerns about buying anything prepackaged from VBW or Ginco (who the emails came from) in future.

I ordered my items online. One of which are dried figs. To my great disappointment, the figs were literally dry, so dry no one would eat it. Also the middle part of the figs were dark, like burnt. I can't believer I ordered premium figs would be like that. They simply have given me something that they are going to put in the bin. I emailed them. Two days has past. No reply yet.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

I received a repeat order of a product I’ve bought many times before, but the quality was dramatically worse than previous purchases. It was clearly not the same standard, so I contacted VB Wholefoods with a detailed explanation and photographic evidence.

I emailed them three separate times. Not once did they acknowledge a single email, let alone attempt to investigate or resolve the issue. Complete silence.

I’ve genuinely never experienced customer service this poor. Mistakes happen, and I would have been perfectly happy if they’d simply responded and put things right. Instead, they chose to ignore a loyal, repeat customer entirely.

If this is how VB Wholefoods treats customers when something goes wrong, I have no confidence in buying from them again. After years of ordering from them, they’ve lost my custom for good. I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase from a company that appears to have no interest whatsoever in supporting its customers once they’ve taken your money.

Non existent customer service!! They sent me dates that were 18 months old and felt as rock hard as walnuts.
I contacted them by email, by message, by WhatsApp, I called twice only to be told to resend messages but I NEVER got a response and certainly not a refund
Never again will I buy anything from these people

Always buy my nuts, seeds and lentils from here. Made tons of orders and always received quick, well packaged and never anything wrong.

I am now a regular customer of VB Wholefoods Ltd. Their products are of high quality. The ordering process is very easy and delivery is very quick. You get free delivery on order of £40 or over.
In my recent order, I added an item which I later realised I did not need. I emailed them with my order number and requested to take that item off my order. The next day I had their reply informing me that my order was amended and a refund for the item was issued. I was pleasantly surprised by this efficiency and speed.
The best thing about this company is their regular ‘Buy one, get one free’ offers. I wait for such an offer and then place my order. The recent offer is on Chelian Walnuts which has given me the free 1 kg pack of these lovely walnuts. The price is compatible to other sellers and the free pack is an added bonus. In my previous order, I got 1kg free pack of cashew nuts.

I ordered through this merchant for the first time and was really pleased with the quality of goods received and was timely as well...it would be fantastic if they also sell VB&sons own brand goods as that I why I tried them for the first time

I placed a first-time order because the website clearly indicated express/next-day delivery. There was no prominent notice during checkout about festive delays. When my order didn't arrive as promised, I reached out via WhatsApp for clarification.
Instead of a polite explanation, the representative was incredibly rude and sarcastic. I was told, "If the whole country is closed... I think we are not an exceptional case" and asked, "What were you expecting?"
I wasn't asking for an exception; I was asking for the transparency that was missing from their website. It is unacceptable to advertise next-day delivery and then berate a customer for expecting it. If you want polite support and accurate delivery estimates, look elsewhere.

I had a disappointing experience ordering nuts and dry coconut in bulk. Unfortunately, the coconut had an unpleasant odor and seemed stale, while the nuts were disappointingly soft. It all appeared quite outdated. Upon raising my concerns, I was met with unsatisfactory excuses, as I was unjustly accused of leaving the items in direct sunlight, which is quite unlikely during London's typically sunless winters.
