I did not receive the goods I payed for and the box came tampered

Easy to order online. Good selection of products at great prices. Haven't used nuts and seeds from order yet but they look good quality.

I ordered 8 different items totalling about £60 as a first order. Most look perfect, the pumpkin seeds look a mixed bag (as in some look "full" and green, others flat and brownish). Maybe I am just used to Sainsburys and these are more "as they come".
The products come from many different countries as you'd expect; bit alarmed to see some from China (the peanuts from memory)... but that is because I have had bad experiences with Chinese quality elsewhere. Delivered very quicky. Cannot fault the company with my single experience and the quality of what I have eaten so far has been fine.

I ordered some fizzy and sour sweets from VB Wholefoods.

When they arrived they were not the sweet that were pictured on the page that I ordered from.

I contacted them asking if I could get what I had ordered or return the sweets that they had sent.

Ignored me so I wrote and wrote until eventually I got to reply saying hard luck you bought them it says on their that we can send you whatever we want.

Do not buy from these people.

I am really sorry to be leaving a review this low, because I wanted to like this company! But I have exhausted my attempts to reach out and don't know how else to possibly get a response.
I have placed three orders with this company in the past, and generally, there are products that I have been really interested in ordering repetitively.
However, there have been packing errors in two of the three orders I placed, resulting in my not receiving the things I actually ordered. (Incorrect products were sent.)
After my latest order, I had a number of communications with the company before christmas attempting to resolve the issue, culminating in my returning the erroneous product with the agreement that the correct ones would be sent.
That was the last I have heard from them.
I have reached out four times since the beginning of January, asking for an update, and have not had any response. Nor have I received my replacement products.

Great value for Christmas party's Halloween and film night

On receipt of my items I found the bag the hazel nuts were in had split open on the seal line at the top of the bag, nuts were all over the place. I took a photo and sent it the same day to VB Wholefoods asking for a replacement. I have since sent several further e-mails and website messages and have heard nothing. I am not impressed with the customer service.
