No reply by e-mail, phone number no longer in use.
I ordered three pendant lamps at Juglana, but only received two after 18 days of waiting. I informed the company, asking for the remaining lamp, but did not receive any reply at all after seven days. I tried to contact them by phone, but their phone number is no longer in use. I don't know if the third lamp got lost during the shipment or is still on its way. I now made an application to return my goods and receive a refund. I hope to receive a reply, because now it looks like Juglana is nothing more than a ghost company for goods shipped straight from China, with zero customer service.

Still no lamps after two months
I ordenes two lamps and after 2 months there's still no sign of the 2 lamps. I have tried to contact Juglana a lot of times to cancel our order and receive our money back but we haven't received a reply. I have written with Them before, but now they do not answare me.
I just want to have my money back…

Just a dropshipping company
Do not order here! We have ordered four lamps through Juglana. 2 lamps have been delivered after 4 weeks but after 8 weeks there's still no sign of the other 2 lamps. We have tried to contact Juglana multiple times to cancel our order and receive our money back but we haven't received a reply.
Update: we eventually did get in touch with Juglana and received our money back for the lamps that haven't been delivered.

Es una estafa, han cobrado el importe y el paquete no ha llegado. Te explican que lo encontrarán, pero no saben cuándo ni cómo, que es problema del transporte no de juglana. Y no te devuelven el dinero.

After 5 long weeks finally two lamps arrived, absolutely not looking like the website display:
The green “nordic retro” lamp has a green top and black buttom, the cord is black🙈( and with scrathes )/
The red “nordic retro” lamp is red/bordeaux, the cord is white.
- really nothing like the pictures!!!!
A really really bad and therfore expensive wannebee copy.
