Avoid at all costs! The product that arrived was cheap quality and broken. I asked for a replacement and they kept promising it had been posted but never came. I got ghosted since asking for a refund. A total total scam!

Poor Chinese quality. The product is cheap and doesnt look like the ones in the web page.

No compréis aquí!! Pedí una lámpara y cuando llegó era muy diferente a la de las fotos. Pedí una devolución ese mismo día (hay que solicitarla por email), me contestaron que me enviarían la etiqueta de envío y nunca más volví a saber de ellos. Menos mal que había pagado con Paypal, reclamé a través de ahí y entonces sí volvieron a contestarme. En su web dice que las devoluciones on gratis, pero ellos me dijeron que tenía que pagar yo el envío y que cuando me hiciesen el reembolso me devolverían el importe de la lámpara más el envío. Una vez les mandé la lámpara me devolvieron el importe de la lámpara y nada más. Tuve que pagar yo el envío, que como hay que enviar los productos a Alemania me costó 20€. Una estafa!!

Dropshipper, product comes from China. Lamps finally arrived. Quality is reasonable.

Don't buy here. The article isn't at all as expected. A plug is missing and all together it looks very cheap. I mailed Juglana.de, but I didn't hear anything back. Frauds.

The company don't answer to your emails and we received lamp that was broken when we got it. They told us to send it back to China and gave us address where to send it. They said they will refund the cost from this (like they should). They haven't refund anything and it cost us 100€ to send it to China. They haven't answered any emails after we did what they told us to and haven't paid it back like they promised. The worst experience. Won't recommend to anyone.

I did receive my order and the lamp I ordered was like the photos. I do not think that the quality is worth the price tho.
Customer service does not exist, no one is answearing to the emails.

We were too late in recognizing the scam, I hope you read these reviews before ordering... and not after as we did.

Worst webshop ever. No replies to several e-mails. Phoneline is dead. Delivery of the wrong product. No information about transport or delivery.

Do not order from this website!
We ordered our lights in the start of October and they still haven't arrived and tracking of package is not possible anymore.
They don't respond to any of emails or messages, so we can't even get the refund for ordered items.
Very bad experience, do not recommend!

Die Lieferung hat sehr lange gedauert. Deswegen einen Stern abzug. Das Produkt, welches wir erhalten haben ist jedoch super. Ich würde hier wieder eine Bestellung machen.

The item I bought didn't arrive. When I contacted them about the delivery date they sent me an pickup location where the item was already gone for a return shipment. After this message they never returned any of my questions. This is an expensive reseller for chinese products (ex. Ali Express) Do not buy from them, this is a ghost company, with very poor customer service. I highly disapprove this company.

El producto llegó con mucho retraso y después de reclamarlo. Una vez colgada la lámpara, todo un despropósito: el cable estaba cortado (esto lo pudimos arreglar nosotros), pero lo peor es que la lámpara no está recta. Queda torcida y no hay manera de ponerla recta. Les he escrito 3 veces y no contestan. Una estafa.

Do not waste your money on products from this company! We finally received our lamp after a long wait and it does not fit together! The hole where the wire is supposed to go through is too small, making the lamp non-functional. They do not reply to emails, the chat facility on their website is unmanned (no response, ever), and their phone number is just an anonymous voice box which does not even name the company.
