Joe Graham & Son Ltd Omdömen 

I first started using Joe Graham to supply domestic appliances to my buy to let flats. I was very impressed with the friendly, professional service and the value for money. Irrespective of the job handler, the service is still the same. Their engineers and installers are all very personable and competent. I have since introduced them to my work environment which is a large independent school in Elstree, Herts. I would unreservedly recommend this company, they are excellent.

I was impressed with the way Joe Graham helped us sort out our kitchen problem. Adam was brilliant and I'd like to thank him particularly for his efficiency and his professionalism.

My oven went pop Monday evening, did a quick google and having known about Joe Graham anyway his site was in the top page of links. The oven I wanted was £50 odd quid cheaper at AO, but I needed one ASAP. Called Joe Graham up Tuesday morning and they matched the price (actually slightly bettered it!) and it was installed the next day, Wednesday morning.

I was a bit worried as I had a slightly tricky install. I had a freestanding oven in a built in oven spot, courtesy of the old owners. So some wooden panels had to be removed that were hiding the old ovens feet. I explained this to Joe Graham on the phone, a quick FaceTime later and he said no problem. Try doing that with AO!

Gentleman was very polite and helpful, replacing a pipe that had split, helping to clear the flooded kitchen floor.

Your driver was absolutely fantastic, he called to advise his ETA, upon arrival he was professional but very relaxed and made sure by asking us some questions, he was aware of any potential problems.
I live on the fourth floor and he took great care going into the lift and through doors.
The staff I encountered at the showroom were very nice and friendly, but the final impression is the person who delivers my purchase. Therefore I would highly recommend Joe Graham clones that driver. He was a credit to the company. At the very least ask him to show his delivery process to record Best Practice.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my electrical appliances. Urgent need of a new fridge freezer last week. A quick phone call and next day delivery. The delivery team went over and above to help get my large old one out. I have bought all my appliances from Jo Graham as far back as I remember. Excellent service at every level.

For Kitchen Appliances I always go to Joe Graham.Over the years I have bought Microwave oven. Fridge-Freezer, Washing machine etc,etc, They are always Informative bout the Appliance you want. Excellent service , if you have any issues with your Applience that you have bought from JG , they will respont Immediately . Happy with their after sales service.

Timely, courteous and very professional. Shame that one of the three appliances was incorrectly delivered and nearly installed by the JG installation guy.
But dealt with immediately and the right one delivered within 20 minutes and all working now.

Current Washing machine had a reoccurring issue after a repair was completed. The correct steps and advice were given. We selected a new washing machine at a good price and was delivered / installed next day.
