Joe Graham & Son Ltd Omdömen

Excellent in store service ( by someone not on sales team) followed by phone call to order washing machine with same person.
Smooth delivery and pick up of old washing machine

A very kind and pleasant man….Ryan….delivered and connected my washer….rang to say he was nearby so I knew he was coming.
This matters to me as I am elderly and live alone .
A good experience all round…thank you. Rita Rosbottom.

Great service from start to finish. Would highly recommended this company.
Very helpful- thank you

We ordered our washing machine by phone, but the model we wanted was no longer available. We were advised what machine was similar in price and in stock. It was delivered the next day. The delivery driver was also an installer. Ryan disconnected the old machine, removed it and installed the new machine. He also tested that the machine worked properly before he left. All the packaging was taken away.
We are very happy with the services.

Bought a Bosch dishwasher and it broke first time we used it and they swapped it no problem so can’t complain as the service was exactly as you would expect excellent service and highly recommend at great prices as well

From start to finish they made our purchase easy as all their staff are highly trained in the products they sell .

Excellent service and advice. Fully explained the benefits of a Heat pump Tumble dryer and we are very happy with it. We also bought a new AEG electric hob.
Excellent visit to your store at Chaul End, Luton/Dunstable.

Helpful friendly professional staff who went above and beyond to find model of fridge freezer we wanted. Great advice and informative on washing machine we bought. Competitive prices. Easy to buy process and great delivery service. Highly recommend.

Same day delivery. The delivery guy was on time. Phoned when he was 20minutes away. Gave me plenty of time to empty my fridge/freezer. Very efficient and helpful

Helpful staff very accomodating. Smooth purchase, delivery made the next day, pleasant delivery man, everything was set up and everything was left clean and tidy.

Top glass service from booking the order to the installation of both fridge and freezer.

Very pleased and thankyou to Joe Graham

Excellent all round will definitely being shopping here again for my appliances

Kitchen designer Luca was excellent. He came up with a beautiful layout after I explained everything I wanted. He was there when the kitchen was delivered to check everything, he was there when worktops were templated and installed.
Great service and very competitively priced

It's great to have a local company which you can visit in person and discuss appliances with someone knowledgeable. And their delivery and installation is cheaper.

I first started using Joe Graham to supply domestic appliances to my buy to let flats. I was very impressed with the friendly, professional service and the value for money. Irrespective of the job handler, the service is still the same. Their engineers and installers are all very personable and competent. I have since introduced them to my work environment which is a large independent school in Elstree, Herts. I would unreservedly recommend this company, they are excellent.

Joe Graham & Sons Ltd are at the top of their game when it comes to customer service.

Great service as always from Joe Graham in store to delivery and fitting

I was impressed with the way Joe Graham helped us sort out our kitchen problem. Adam was brilliant and I'd like to thank him particularly for his efficiency and his professionalism.
