Timely, courteous and very professional. Shame that one of the three appliances was incorrectly delivered and nearly installed by the JG installation guy.
But dealt with immediately and the right one delivered within 20 minutes and all working now.

Current Washing machine had a reoccurring issue after a repair was completed. The correct steps and advice were given. We selected a new washing machine at a good price and was delivered / installed next day.

Very helpful staff, slightly inaccurate information about the controls on the NEFF oven, which do not push in to store for a flush panel when off, but that not being something which bothers me! Delivery was scheduled for first thing, between 8-9am but was rescheduled without us being notified. Otherwise it would have been a five star rating.
