Happy client, I always recommend to others your services. When I visited the show room on a Saturday, I could not find what I was looking for, but the assistant went on the computer and found something that covered everything I had asked for, he said he had one in stock, and the product was delivered on a day and time of my convenience, Tuesday, they also took away the old appliance. Not only was the assistant very helpful, but the delivery people were also very respectful of my home and helpful.

Joe Graham's is great, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have most items in stock so you can usually drive away with your selection instead of waiting days for delivery like a certain other high street appliances company. But they do also deliver (promptly!) if you need. Prices are competitive with other retailers too. Aftercare is superb, and in store the staff really know their stuff and will genuinely recommend the best product for your requirements not just the most expensive.
The range is a little less than some, but still extensive and we've always been able to find exactly what we want.
While I live in the Luton area I'll never go anywhere else, 10/10.

Wonderful service from Joe Graham and Son Ltd. I ordered a new fridge-freezer Wednesday AM and it was delivered, unpacked and installed Thursday PM. And everyone I spoke to on several occasions was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A great company to deal with .

They made a delivery spot available for me ASAP as i had no freezer. They called 30 mins before delivery as they stated, turned up on time and installed without issue. Polite staff who ever i dealt with. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend
