I have order(order no. 17435971840285867M) HTC Hair Trimer For Men.Which was received without accessories for Trimer.I have also shared the photographs but after after 5-6 days wasting they did not consider my complaint.When I have called them again.I was shocked by unresponsiveness, lack of empathy, and ineffective communication, which leads to me frustration and potentially damage to jiomart reputation

I raised a return request for both my orders on 29th March 2025, with all the required images, videos, and even provided my UPI ID for refund. But even after all this, nothing has been resolved.
The service from JioMart has been absolutely pathetic. Despite multiple follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved. Shockingly, I keep receiving emails saying "your query has been resolved", which is a complete lie. Why send such misleading emails when the problem still exists?
One major issue was that the product box didn’t have a brand name, and now their executive says the brand is required for return. This was never mentioned at the time of purchase!
Today, the return agent from XpressBees came, clicked photos of the product and uploaded them to their app. Then, the return was rejected on the spot. The delivery person told me to call JioMart customer care and ask them to send an email to approve the return. When I called, the JioMart executive denied the need for any email and just said, "wait 3 to 5 days."
Now it's been 13 days, and still no return, no refund, no solution.
This company is a complete fraud. There is no coordination between JioMart, the courier company, and their own customer support. I strongly advise everyone — DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JIOMART. You will regret it.
No refund jiomart is useless
JioMart claims to be a reliable online shopping platform, but when it comes to refunds, they seem to be running a scam. Many customers, including myself, have faced issues where JioMart either delays or completely denies refunds for canceled or defective orders.
Their customer support is practically useless—reaching out via email or phone results in scripted responses with no real action. Even after repeated follow-ups, they make excuses, dragging the process for weeks. They happily take customers' money but refuse to return it when required. It seems like JioMart is enjoying people's hard-earned money while providing terrible service.
If you’re thinking about shopping from JioMart, beware! It’s better to choose more trustworthy platforms that actually respect their customers. Until they fix their refund policy and customer service, JioMart remains an unreliable and fraudulent platform.!

I have done a quick grocery order from jio mart and delivery date was next day , they were unable to delivery even after two days , worst service and customer support is also waste.

I ordered a cloth drying stand from Jiomart on January 24, 2025, but the quality of the product was very poor, so I returned it on January 26, 2025. However, I haven't received my money back until today (March 11, 2025).
There is no customer care support, only system-generated emails.
It's been a terrible and horrifying experience. I've already sent over 50 mails, but there's been no response from Jiomart.

Pathetic service from jiomart. Most of the times one or two items will be found missing from the orders. There is no provision to check the items in the presence of the delivery boy as the items are delivered in a sealed package. Repeated complaints to the customer service has not improved their service. They also lie that your issue has been resolved. Basically the problem is with the packaging department which has no accountability. No one in this company seems to be bothered about closing the loopholes in their so called service to customers.

WORST APP and WORST SERVICE I have ordered one item yesterday and also prepaid the amount later on delivery status was In progress I waited for so long but still I didnt get any intimation either from customer care nor from delivery boy.
Even I tried calling customer and I got the response through chat I am requesting them to cancel the product and to provide refund but they didnt solve my issue.
I dont know why you people run the business if you are not able to delivery products on time and not able to provide resolution to customers. When it was your fault you should have been atleast cancelled the product and refunded to us. Actually I wanted the product yesterday and It is going to get delivered today so what is the use of it. Its better to go and purchase products from local shops or Blinkit, Zepto this app is not convenience to customer instead it is a headache to customers.
Requesting all the customers not to pre pay for products especially in this app.Please opt for cash on delivery.

Worst possible service ... It can't be worst than that. They conform your order after taking money in full and after 15 minutes they write you about non availability of few of the ordered items . Then they say refund will take 5 to 7 days. Now regarding the available items they will message you after 3 hours that order will be delivered next to next day when it was promised in 10 to 30 minutes at the time of order placement.
It would be ill luck of the consumers who get involved with this senseless so called jio mart.

Jio Mart orders don't come on time. They don't share their Delivery Partners contact nos. Recent product was order on 8th Feb, 2025. No one comes to the address or make the call on the contact details we provide and we receive the msg as was not available. Customer care executive all the time, says sorry for the inconvenience we have raised the ticket, you will receive the order on so n so and but we don't receive the product. Till now I didn't receive the product I hv order and receives a msg of Re-schedule after connecting with customer care. 3 Re scheduled msgs received, but no call from the delivery partner nor he reached to the address with the product. If Jio mart don't want to make the deliveries, they why have the made the app and does the marketing. Just only to waste customers time.

I placed an order online for Savya office high back chair under order no. 16714631400274867 which was delivered on Octo 9, 2024.
Upon receipt, I opened the box and inspected the content. Chair look like it was second hand with scratches on plastic parts, 50% of the parts were missing (lift air cylinder and swivel base with the wheels and the hardware). I called customer service and complained. They sent me a link to send the photos and video of the content of the box which I did. I was given a ticket no. 73115101836 for the complaint to return and get refund.
I have received numerous fake text msgs for pick up for 35 days but no one came to pickup the box. I have proof. I called practically every weak tot he customer service, after talk they sent a generic msg that in 3-4 days package will be picked but no such thing happened. Than cam e the next lie that they tried to pick the box many times but there was no one to allow the pick up! I have proof that this is a mega lie also.
It has been 4 months since the problem begun and I feel that JioMart do not intent to resolved it! This has wasted 22 hours of my precious time.
I have come to end of my patience. I will file a lawsuit to recover my money, legal cost, cost of wasting my very value time.

Pathetic Service. Ordered on 29th January 2025, not delivered as on 07.02.25. Schedule date was 31st January. I live in a hostel. My friend got a packet of eatables with DEAD COCKROACHES inside plus packet of dairy milk chocolate was half eaten by someone...may be jio guys. My App say (ORDER CLOSED). Customer service is very arrogant and robotic in language. In my opinion, Entire JIO..be it mobile, broadband or whatever, runs like this. I had the same experience for broadband connection. Stay away from JIO...in whatever way it comes. Maintain social distance.
