I am not satisfied with your service. The order was supposed to be delivered on 25th January 2025 but i am still waiting for ir . It was through hyperlocal . The prepaid order is still not delivered and above that i am even unable to cancel the order. Is this a plot or scam to stop the customers from canceling the order? If you do not have the ability to deliver why do you do false advertising and promises. Shame on you for disgracing the Indian quick Retail space. Truly pathetic service by your support staff who just know how to close complaint tickets without providing a resolution 🙄. Numerous calls to them have yielded false promises. Can you please do a tape pull of the calls and listen to them. I do not want to do any business with jiomart in the near future.

I ordered Parle G biscuits , 2 packets , but those packets were eaten by rats , I send images to customer service but still they are so arrogant , they refused to give any refund for damaged products

Very bad experience. They delivered bad quality products and wrong product. When I returned the items they send money in jiomart wallet. Then they suspended my account saying I have many returns. Now I cannot order anything to use my jiomart wallet money neither they are sending my money in my bank account. I called many times to customer care and emailed them but no use. I have deleted this app and will not order from jiomart again.

I ordered two items on 29th Oct 24 - Order ID17301888220092407W .
One was a phone charger which has been delivered.
The other was a mobile phone, shipment no 17301888220092407W-01 as per their website , which was scheduled to be delivered on 5th Nov 24. After many chats on their platform and many calls to their helpline number , there has been no information regarding the item till date 13/11/24.
I have asked them to cancel the item and refund many times . But they said they could not cancel and that I can cancel it once the item reaches me.
Now , the question is ?? If the item never reaches me ,I would not be able to cancel and hence no mobile and no refund.
I would like this to be spread over social media , so that others are not cheated by JioMart.

I was ordered pebel smartwatch from jiomart and I was received damaged product so I raised return request on same day. So I received sms that your return will be picked up withing 3 to 4 days but no one came for pickup so I raised complaint on customer service so he told me to wait for next 4 days but still was same and after that I was raised another 3 to 4 complaint but still today my return order pending and they told me that your return period is expired so you can't return your product. So this is totally fraud done by jiomart. I lost my 3000 rupees.so please don't buy from jiomart.

They have the worst consumer satisfaction. They have delivered me rotten dates on 20th September and inspite of a number of complaints have turned a blind eye to the complaint. I would advice readers not to use Jiomart as they are a bunch of cheats

Every time short delivery is happened by jiomart, if bank discount offer is applied. Sometimes, canceled the whole order or return the order and mention that "your return request has been accepted" while customer didn't initiated any return request. A fraud or fake advertising is being performed by jiomart.

Very Bad, मैंने पार्सल मिलने के 1 घंटे के अंदर ही शिकायत भेजी थी कि प्राॅडक्ट में समस्या है। उन्होंने रटा रटाया मेल भेज दिया कि कल बताते हैं, और दूसरे दिन Return Request Rejected लिख दिया। अब मैं पहले से ही फ्राड VLEBAZAAR.IN वेबसाइट से ठगी का शिकार हो चुका था, तो मैंने अभी तक 36 मेल भेजे हैं पर वे टिकट नंबर ही भेजते हैं।
मैंने JioMart पर भरोसा किया, यह मेरी दूसरी गलती हुई है। Amazon या Flipkart रहता तो समाधान निर्णय 1 घंटे में हो जाता। ठीक है, कम से कम आगे से मैं भी सावधान रहूंगा औरों को भी सावधान करुंगा।

They sold me a used laptop, it's been a month I have been trying to get this resolved, but their customer support team is soooo bad at their job I'm not able to get a resolution!!! SCAM!!

I used to order regularly from Jiomart as it was convenient however seeing the delivery personnel's behavior it seems it's not worth it because they are highly rude, complaining and crying about the number of products I order or the quantities I order.

If there is a limitation on the quantities and number of items then Jiomart should implement those in the app and website and if there is no such limitation then also Jiomart is responsible for training their delivery personnel to be more sensible and do their job properly without being a loud mouth and mishandling the items during delivery.

Disgusting customer service and pathetic employee behavior. Just to quote I think the owner really does not care about common people at all. Great with marriages and very very very bad with customer satisfaction. Pretty sure if its a celebrity ordering then the whole of reliance team who received the order would be willing to stand outside their house.

I ordered stuffs online and some of my product was missing then as I approached to the delivery boy he told me he cannot help and it's not his job. Like so rude . And offcourse costomer care number are for show off

And 4th aug morning it shows it was delivered but I didn't receive any product
So strongly recommend you don't prepaid any orders in jiomart..... Flipkart Amazon service are better....
