Never ever order from JioMart : its HEADACHE

Never ever order from JioMart
I have ordered one Samsung AC, suppossed to be delivered by 22nd Apr 2026.
When i reported on 22nd Apr 2026 around 7:45 PM, customer care team asking me to wait till 12 in night.
There is no status update in portal.
23rd Apr, i raised complain and started following up since morning. The customer support team dont have single clue whats the status of order, whats ETA, where is product, nothing. They are simply saying same line again and again " Wait till delivery, we will report to backend team". They dont know how to talk, no information, nothing.

I am never gonna order from JioMart and suggest same to everyone.

Worst customer care experience

I ordered two soda bottles none were deliver as they were out of stock. It shows in the app as well but refund for only was processed. I provided the screenshot as well but I was denied refund stating only 1 was out of stock as per their record. And customer care agent was very rude about it. Worst experience.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. I ordered 2 Nos Bluetooth Speakers making full advance payment. After 5 days, I received a parcel with only 1 speaker. The outer box is so small that it cannot accommodate 2 speakers. I have raised a service request sharing several photos. Still I haven't got the replacement / refund. Jiomart is a fraud, looting lots of customers. Never order anything in Jiomart.

There are missing item in the delivery

There are missing item in the delivery, but customer care Don't know what to do. And they simply cut the call. And even chat agent says complaint raised and nothing after that. Do not book in jio mart they will cheat you. No support from Plat form.

Missing and Damaged Items – Poor Service Experience

Very disappointing experience with JioMart.
I ordered 6 items, but received an incomplete and damaged order. All 3 packages of Colin were missing, and the Odonil room freshener I received was damaged.
I raised a complaint immediately, but it has been 3 days and still no proper resolution. Every time I follow up, I only get the same response — “it will be resolved soon” — but nothing actually happens.
I don’t want any replacement now — I just want a full refund for the missing and damaged items as soon as possible.
Highly dissatisfied with the service.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Doesn't deliver items and if it does it's always expired and duplicate. Order gets cancelled and returned for no reason. And also doesn't refund the money.

Complaint Regarding Poor Service at Jio Store – Hitech City

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the manager at the Jio store in Hitech City.
The manager has been behaving in a very careless and unprofessional manner. He is responding to customers irresponsibly and not providing proper assistance.
In my case, the items I ordered were replaced with lower-cost items during delivery without my consent. When I visited the store to address this issue, instead of resolving it properly, the manager responded rudely and even argued with me.
This is not acceptable, and it has caused significant inconvenience. I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the concerned manager to ensure better customer service in the future.
I hope for a prompt resolution.

Wrost customer service

I am writing to bring to your attention the issue regarding my order (Order No. 17722027481203010M), placed on Jiomart, in which I purchased 2 Nehru jackets worth Rs. 538. Due to a size issue, I raised a return request on 27th February. However, no pickup attempt has been made so far. I have already tried reaching out through your customer care email ID, but it is not working. i raised the issue through the need help section complaint no. 774017731316 but its closed without any action or reply

Bought 3 half litres oil.

Bought 3 half litres oil.
2 of them were leaking. Asked the delivery person i see its leaking he said its from his two wheeler. An absolute lie.
Later on the product sated to leaking even further
There is no way to contact this Jio mart.
Absolutely a lying and cheating company never will ever buy things from them again. And I will put on all websites about of their thievery and lying techniques to sell their inferior products.
Would rather pay a bit more and will buy from other online companies.
