It used to be good but it's totally unreliable now. Order show under process for days and eventually Cancelled.Chatbot keeps showing the same Complaint Number and shows expediting the Order, that's eventually Cancelled. There's no tier 2 escalation available.Customer Service team repeats the same Chatbot lingo, with no additional information on your Order, what's the point of appointing a human agent, when they're unaware of anything further than what Chatbot knows

Had ordered on jiomart app on 6th Dec at 5.30 p.m...waited for long but my ordered was not delivered...no option to speak to the customer care staff after 8 p.m...next day morning when we spoke to them, we were told that our order was not yet confirmed and told us to cancel the order (we had already made the payment on Saturday)...this is pathetic...absolutely waste of time .

Not adhering to delivery times
Not adhering to delivery times. The time stated is 10-30 mins. At least other services providers like Blinkit, they do not deceive customers in terms of delivery time. These people are worse than thugs. Have raised complaint multiple times, but it does not bother them. In case Jio team will have a look, please email me. Dont mention that you are not our customer. Very bad service customer gives order in bulk and they charge and send the product short and if we request for refund afer 48 hours that they will not considered why they send short product to customer if they charge. Dont purchase from this Jio mart you will loose money.

Expiring Cashew
I ordered Cashew on 18th Oct. 2025. Cashew was delivered in 15 Minutes.
On checking it was noticed that the product is expiring on 20th Oct. 25 i.e. within 2 days of the delivery.
The item was required for Diwali Gift.
On my complaint I was surprised to know that as per there Policy there will only be replacement and no return and refund.
Since the Cashew was required immediately, I arranged the same from another store.
The Product was committed to be replaced by 21st Oct which is yet to be replaced i.e. up to 24th Oct 5 PM.
They deliver in 10 minutes but cannot be replace the expired Product in 6 days and I have alreday raised request to Customer Care twice.
My points -
1 Why no return and refund in such a case.
2 Why no replacement on priority within 10 minutes.
Is this the Customer service by a reputed Brand.
JIO Smart should take this as positive feedback and change their policy.

Everything is OK, if everything is fine. If you want to return and refund, then a huge headache is waiting for you. Getting refund is not easy like amazon. I got refund after 15 days after so many follow ups and chat. Otherwise you will not get the refund. I wrote a mail to grievance officer too. No use. If you are buying, the jiomart is ok. But don't think about return and refund. In this situation you can throw it out. Worst customer support. No escalation matrix to highlight your issue
Non of the refunds are credited to bank. Extremely poor service
They automatically cancel items and show that refund is initiated. None of the refund initiated ie for items not delivered or items returned are credited to the bank account of the customer.
Cheating
I have been calling to customer service since September 5th till now I am not received proper action from them. I ordered 2 product that was not good do I raised return.
