I ordered from JioMart expecting quick delivery as promised, but the experience was far from that. My order was delayed without any proper update or explanation. The app showed one delivery date, but the package arrived much later. This is not the level of service I expected from a major brand like Jio. If fast delivery is important to you, I would recommend looking at other options like Blinkit . Very disappointed and unlikely to order again unless things improve.

I ordered a few products yesterday. I got a text message saying I will get the delivery a day later. However, when I opened the Jiomart page, the delivery was shipped at 11.03 pm and was returned a minute later by me!!! It is absolutely impossible to do that unless you ship the products from next door. Jio mart is a fraud, an unreliable setup and a company without any principles or scruples!!! This is my 2nd or 3rd bad experience. I will not order from them from now on.

I love Jiomart Quick, but I will never order anything from scheduled delivery because they use the worst delivery service: XPRESSBEES are the worst.

No detailed descriptions about the return status and order status. Customers can't get what is actually going and what happened with their product when they make return. Status shows delivered while the product has been already returned.

You are the biggest thief in the world and your store is the worst store in the world. You take the order and after 5 days say that it will be returned and you will refund the money.

I ordered 7 Nandini GoodLife milk packets from JioMart on 27/05/2025 (Order ID: 17483256070145149A). Out of these, 3 were damaged and leaking, and 2 were sticky, smelly, and looked old. The milk had turned into curd and smelled horrible. Customer care agent Amna Naseem (ID: 680198405) was rude, denied my issue, and ended the chat while I was still responding.

I demand an immediate refund and action against the staff. Very bad experience.

The take money and do not deliver product. Do not order from them

The worst service first they don't deliver on the said time and when they delivered the product, product is almost less in quantity and when we complaint they say complain has been registered and when we call again for the issue they will say that you have not registered the complaint before so our window has been closed for the complained so we can't do anything and if your order is not available they will not refund the full amount my order has been cancelled which was of 20rs and they have refunded only 2rs and for 2.50 they have refunded0.01 rs what is this you can't deliver on time atleast refund the full amount fraudster.and they don't refund on the account instead refund on jiowallet which is miserable we can use that money at any store and we have utilise that money from app only and they will again do the same thing harrasment to the customer.
Customer service is also worst they don't listen your complaint properly.

jiomart is a fraud website. They promise you a delivery date and do not adhere to it, unlike amazon - jiomart has no transparency on where the order is or when will it get delivered. There is no cancellation option as well. I ordered good worth 40K and they have no idea where they are. Worst is their customer service, never expect them to help you with anything - they just know 2-3 lines in english and they'll keep repeating it. They are not build to help rather just make you believe you are talking to customer care of Jio, they are a third party service who has no connection with Jio. They are a scam.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service. I had placed an order under the "Quick Delivery" option, which promised delivery within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered even after three days. Despite raising five complaints, the issue was only partially addressed, and I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. There is no clarity on how long the refund will take, which adds to the frustration.

In addition, I had another order on 7th May, with a final delivery date of 13th May. This order was also not delivered, and there has been no communication or update from your team.

Such repeated lapses in service, lack of accountability, and delayed refunds reflect poorly on the company's operations. It appears that customers are being inconvenienced and funds are being held unfairly, raising concerns about the fairness and transparency of your business practices.

As a customer, I had high expectations from a reputed Indian company under the leadership of Mr. Mukesh Ambani. However, this experience has been extremely disappointing and has eroded my trust in your services.

Aaj hi ki baat hai, Maine inke jio mart app se fruits, dahi, or some snacks order kiye wo bhi 30 minutes delivery window select karke. jismai ye claim karte hain ke 30 minutes mai samaan deliver kardenge. dopeher 2 bje maine Prepaid order place kiya tha jo ki abhi raat 9 bje tak bhi under process hai. Aisa pehle bhi hua hai. but mujhe laga kuchh error raha hoga. So I ignored but aaj hadh hi hogayi. 2 complaint daalne ke baad or toll free no. pe baat karne k baad bhi koi solution nahi nikla. Abhi tak I am waiting for my order to get delivered. Its 10 pm now. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

They don't know what 10 min are there 10 min is 3 hr or may be 4hr bc i dont receive my order i ordered at 8:50 and now its 10:21 still they not delivered 😕 and now don't know how bad will be the products

order multigrain bread, they'll give you the sweet bread.
order milk, they'll deliver expired and curdled milk
order lettuce, they will give you napa cabbage
order high protein paneer, they'll give the normal one.
and when you raise a complaint, they call you but take no action and change the raised complaint to "resolved" no matter how many time you raise it again.
I wasn't given replacement or a refund.The worst service ever.

Worst Experience Ever – JioMart is a Scam!
I received a completely fake product from JioMart, and once it's delivered, they don't give you a single option to exchange or replace it. I raised a return request right away, but it's been days and there’s zero response from their side. Their so-called customer service is a joke – no one replies, no one helps. It's like they just take your money and vanish. This platform is nothing but a scam. Avoid JioMart at all costs unless you want to waste your money and time!

14 emails to explain the situation every time. Totally unprofessional customer service representatives!
Finally after 10 days...today they agreed to take the return pick up!
I lost my trust in Jiomart!
I had to travel 180 miles to home( working out of station )to arrange the return and submit the fresh photos of damaged lcd and pathetic package condition!

Near-expiry products, missing item, brand swapping - you name it, they have it all.
