Jibs did not ship the parts ordered, took no responsibility for their action and then when challenged suggested Amazon may be a better means to order parts.
Clearly Jibs does not care nor interested in providing any value. Short changing me parts and then refusing to ship the missing parts and taking the easy route of refunding the missing parts, shows a complete lack of responsibility nor interested in supporting their customers. Clearly customers are worthless to Jibs and all they want is money.
Buyer beware . Jibs only wants your money and could careless about your end user experience or if you even get the parts your ordered, even if that means your scooter is unusable do to their poor oversight.
Welcome to the internet, there are companies that care and Jibs is not one of them.

When you initially contacted us about the issue with your order, you asked us to either provide a refund, or to have the missing parts delivered within less than 24 hours which wasn't logistically possible. You also failed to tell us what part you were missing from your order. After several emails over several days you finally disclosed that you were missing an axle kit which we provided a full refund for as requested. Your attitude made it very difficult to provide adequate support. Knowing that there was nothing we could do to please you, we agreed with you when you threatened to take your business elsewhere.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. That's why we spent the time on the phone with you to determine the best products for your application. That's why we took the time to get the very specific measurements that you requested. That's why we promptly provided the refund that you asked for once you gave us adequate information about the issue. We can't please everyone, but we do our best.

Extremely quick turnaround from a shipping perspective. Only negative is that the slot that was cut was in the front of the bars instead of at the side. Disappointing as they were $300 ti bars that I hope lasts him a really long time!

Hi Chris, we may suggest double checking the installation of your handlebars, as typically the slit should be positioned at the rear, not the front. We haven't seen any difference in durability between side-slitted or rear-slitted bars over the years, so there's no need to worry. Thanks again for the business!
