Online or in Store - Quality Service
Our order arrived ahead of schedule and as expected. WE also went into the store in Burlington on the weekend and the staff was really helpful and positive when walking my twelve year old through what would work for adding on the his bmx. Great all around.

Hi Wayne, sorry that you weren't satisfied with your experience, but please note that the compression ring included with the headset that you ordered is the same standard compression ring that is included with every headset. I suspect that you may be using IHC compression which generally uses a proprietary compression ring that is specific to each brand. These compression rings are generally included with the fork. Also you had only ordered one wheel, which is the wheel that you were shipped. Please contact us regarding the grips that you were sent, and we may be able to assist if you did indeed receive something other than what you ordered.
We're only ever a phone call or email away, and always happy to help. We do stock a huge selection of small parts, and should have no problem finding you the compression ring that you need. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need any further assistance.

Sorry you weren't satisfied with your experience, but please note that shipping estimates are listed as business days, not including weekends. Your order was delivered within the expected 3-business day estimate. Due to the value of your order, Canada Post could not leave the package without a signature, hence why it was sent to the closest local post office to be picked up at your convenience.
Regarding your rear wheel, we suspect that since the scooter is brand new, the bearings may not be broken in yet. They usually won't spin for an extended period of time when spun by hand. This is a common complaint from new riders, but rest assured that there is not likely any problem, and you should experience more free-spinning wheels once the scooter is ridden for a little bit. This does not affect the performance or durability of the scooter. If you suspect that it is something more serious, don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
