The best customer experience (especially during COVID-19)
The best customer service - hands down. JIBS answered our questions via Instagram messaging (at 11 p.m.!) and gave us great advice on which skateboard would be most appropriate for my 11 year old. Even though the storefront was closed due to covid-19, the transaction was as easy as could be. We paid online, then picked up our purchase the next morning in front of the store. I would, without hesitation, recommend JIBS to anyone looking to buy a skateboard, scooter, or BMX.

During a time of a world wide crisis, Jib Action Sports was helpful and accommodating. They took the time to figure out the right scooter for my son, since we were unable to go to the store to try out scooter. When we decided on a scooter, it was quickly shipped. 3rd Scooter I bought from here
3rd Scooter I bought from here. Mpg, envy s6 and now this roots fusion...not impressed with the quality. Put it toblgether and was dialed perfect. Used it for less than 2 minutes and noisy as hell. Took it all apart and tightened everything, still noisy like a scooter that's never been tuned once...not impressed with this at all...

Hey Mike, sorry you're not having a great time with the new scooter. While it's normal for freestyle scooters to need adjustment, sometimes as often as once per day/session, it definitely shouldn't come loose after a 2 minute ride. This was falsely advertised where the company should accept responsibility for it. Far superior shops out there with free shipping, better prices and selection. Feel bad for them since they must be a small shop and presume that's how they stay in business!

I know we discussed this in our emails with you, but please understand that all parts that are "oil slick" or "neo chrome" will always have some variation in the colouration. No two neochrome parts will have the exact same colours in the same places. The product photos for your item were provided by the manufacturer, and we have never had any issues with them.
You opted to exchange your item with another of the same make, model, and colour. Unfortunately in this circumstance you were not eligible for complimentary return shipping. We were able to offer you a return label using our volume discounted price to make it as easy and affordable as possible for you. We also waived the restocking fees for you as a good gesture. Prior to this review I thought we had reached an amicable resolution to your issues.
I don't think it's fair to accuse us of sustaining our business by misrepresenting our products. Our success over the past 10 years has been thanks to our great staff who know our products in and out, our awesome suppliers who keep our shelves stocked with the best products in action sports, and last but not least our loyal customers who value our services.

I went to this store to get some stuff for my scooter. And their customer service is the best I have seen. My advice to any customers going to this store is to bring your scooter bike or skateboard with you. But this store is awesome
