Got an unwanted subscription like all other users but they fixed it when I contacted them

I would give zero if I could. Paid for the small fee then got taken £20 from my bank account every month even after I cancelled the subscription!!!!

massive scam- they don’t tell you about monthly payments- me and my boyfriend both lost £64

I bought the £1.99 test and have been billed a number of different amounts since. I have told my bank to cancel any further payments but this does not seem to have worked. Very unhappy. This is a scan! Avoud.

Opeens is er 2 weken later 35 euro afgeschreven. Dit is een scam. Als ik inlog op het account zie ik nergens dat ik een abonnement heb.

I paid for a one-time test on this platform. Afterwards, a subscription was created without my knowledge or consent and my card was charged repeatedly. At no point did I agree to any subscription. The business model of this company clearly relies on attracting users with a small initial payment and then silently charging monthly fees. I have disputed the charges with my bank. Stay away from this platform.

Beware. They give you a low cost memory test (which results in a laughably vague 'report') while deceitfully signing you up for a high cost monthly subscription. Fortunately, it is easy to cancel online - but only if you know you have been so scammed.

J’ai moi aussi été victime de cette arnaque, ou sous le prétexte d’envoyer un rapport, il y a un abonnement automatique qui apparaît. Je ne suis même pas allé jusqu’au bout de la création du compte et et voilà que l’on me retire de l’argent. Surtout surtout n’y allez pas.

I echo the large number of other people who have posted similar reports of this obvious scam. In my case I completed a quiz claiming to identify whether I had early-onset dementia. I am 83.

I paid £1.90 for the results through a well known payment intermediary company. Then the same company extracted $39.95 as a monthly recurring fee. I did not consciously consent to this arrangement.

This is a particularly wicked scam, targeting people who might well have some age-related cognitive deterioration.

Scam! There was no say of extra charge than the £1.99 for the assessment however a week later I have been charged £31.99.
It’s absolutely disgusting!
Scamming money out of people who are trying to work on their self development and get answers to then be scammed money that is not clear happens.
I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Leaving people out of pocket, disgusting!

It's a scam: you pay $1.99, and then they charge another $36.99 from your account on a subscription basis. You'll need to look carefully under the “menesko uab” charge on your PayPal account to cancel your subscription otherwise they'll charge $36.99 from your PayPal account every month. File a claim with PayPal to request a refund.

Please can you cancel this subscription as I didn’t read the small print and cannot afford it . I have been to the doctors with angsiaty and look after my disabled brother I’m 60 and not got a lot of money thank you.

Einen Test gemacht um €1,90 und daraufhin regelmäßige Abbuchungen von €27,00 obwohl ich definitiv nichts abonniert habe. Es ist mir einfach erst jetzt aufgefallen und habe den Einzieher auf PayPal storniert.
Aber schon arg, dass es leicht geht, einen Einziehungsauftrag zu faken.

tried cancelling my subscription in the 7 day free trial and they had still took £32 out of my account

The same thing, I paid a little money for a personality test and after 5 months I noticed they have been deducting 30 usd every month in a subscription I know nothing about. Be carefull as this seems to be a scam.

To our surprise, an account was subsequently created without his consent and payments are now being automatically withdrawn from our bank account.
Entering into any subscription or payment obligation requires explicit consent, which has not been given in this case.

Furthermore, we are unable to log into the account.
Requests to reset the password are not being fulfilled, despite your system indicating that a password reset link will be sent. We have already reported this issue through your chat service, yet no solution has been provided to date.

BE AWARE. While the offer of a report on a self-administered test on autism traits is acceptable for £1.99, the user is not initially alerted to the fact that by signing s/he automatically signs up to an ongoing monthly subscription costing £39.99 which needs to be cancelled if unwanted. While this appears in the small print, it is not at the front of the offer and, as such, the ongoing service charge is likely to be missed. This is very misleading. Regardless of the quality of the report, the subscription policy and its clarity are lacking.

SCAM! Wish I did my research here first! They automatically set you up for further monthly payments, much higher than the 1.99 they first charge. They are taking advantage of vulnerable people!

Same as a lot of people on here, paid £1.99 for a report which was not very useful. Now they have tried to take £35 thankfully my card has blocked them. Very illegal and unlawful way to run a “business”

Hetzelfde als de rest. Het was niet duidelijk dat de 2 euro een acceptatie was van een abbonoments vorm. Ik heb ook direct mijn account gewist toen ik doorhad dat het een scam was. vervolgens is er toch nog twee keer 35 euro van mijn rekening afgeschreven. Ik ben nog in contact met het bedrijf. Maar zelfs als het bedrag wordt terug betaald dan nog wordt je gewoon bedrogen waar je bij staat. sowieso dus slechte zaak.
