Love the carpet and service . Highly recommended
I saw this carpet online and searching for a good place to buy it. Found Jane Clayton had lots of good reviews. So ordered it over Black Friday deal. It was busy time but the company kept me updated with delivery date and time. Delivery was super prompt and the carpet wrapped so well when it arrived. Such nice quality, thick and timeless neutral colour. It was exactly what I was looking for. it only needs a couple of days to sit flat and I love it so much, highly recommended. :) Will return when I need more home decorations.

inaccurate image
I ordered a fabric and when it arrived the colour, texture and pattern looked completely different. When I emailed them to return the product they said that I should have ordered a sample and that they don't offer refunds. I understand this policy for slight differences but this is a totally different fabric. Blaming the consumer feels totally inappropriate when the image misrepresents the product.

Return difficult.
I need to return wallpaper as we bought two just in case.
I have emailed without any response.
The package doesn't come with any paperwork that you can use to return any items not wanted or needed.
This makes the return a longer process and impacts upon your time!
I have emailed but no response. Emailed again today hopefully hear any response or reply that would be good customer service.
I wouldn't order again from Jane clayton as its not known when you place your order you only have 14 days return and that you have continuously chase them for a response. Also you have to pay the return amount yourself. 000611307
This is my order number if anyone is able to help.
Yes still no email from them. Terrible customer service
I would never recommend this company to anyone.
They take your money and then that's it. Zero

Excellent customer service
From the moment I rang, the staff were very helpful, my query about the price match was answered and my material was delivered very quickly. To be honest I didn’t know it was coming so something must have gone wrong with the courier notifying me but all in all that’s just a computer glitch!! Very happy. Thank you
