I ordered a sofa cover. I t hasn’t been taken out of the bag as the colour is a lot darker that i expected. It’s more coffee than beige. I rang to say I wanted to return it. They sent an email saying how. It seems I have to pay postage . Yet when I tried to ring just before 5.00 3 times they hung up. Appalling service

I have just experience the very poor customer service from Yorkshire Bedding. They sent the complete wrong colour which was Ochre and send Gold cushion covers instead. I asked for a returns label and was asked to take a partial refund and keep the incorrect items. After complaining and paying to return their wrong items the refused to pay the cost of postage. The sent me a refund that was nowhere near what it should have been. I would strongly advise people to avoid this company and not to expect the correct item or quality expected. Don't waste your money!

Please avoid purchasing from this company. There products are not worth the price you pay . It looks like you are getting a great reduction and , Yorkshire bedding in my mind makes you feel like it's a quality firm .

They are based in Hansworth in Birmingham . So why call themselves Yorkshire bedding ?

Anyway - you have been warned .

I bought fitted sheets. true to colour and value for money, and the great part that this fabic is wrinkle resistant, washed well and no need much iron and dry fast. Overall best product and best compny 👍

I purchased bedding via Temu. The courier used was Amazon shipping. I've spent the best part of a week chasing Temu and Amazon. Amazon won't take my call because it should be the company they have a business relationship with that should contact them. I've basically been going round in circles. If I had ordered the item from China it would be here. My point is please be aware of the local Temu market places. I certainly won't be making this mistake again.

Very bad company
I purchased a round dusky pink shaggy rug. The only thing that resembled the item was that its round! I approached Yorkshire Bedding and sent photos. I was astonished when they refused to accept it didn't look like the same rug. The one I received was bright baby pink and a different material used. It looked like a cheap poor copy. I had to pay if I wanted to return the item. This is very bad when the rug clearly didn't match their advert, they totally denied what was glaringly obvious! I won't ever order from here again.

After a slight mix up with name of delivery service I contacted the company and received a message immediately explaining the problem… cotton sheet arrived.. looks fine but will see how it washes.

I bought 2 machine washable fabric sofa covers to cover my leather sofas. They arrived very quickly. They are a reasonably good fit, there is some adjustment in them. They have stayed in place nicely & my dogs really like them! I haven't tried washing them yet. They look much more expensive than they are. I have just ordered 2 more so I can remove a set and put replacements straight onto the sofas.

Do not use this Appalling company. It is happy to sell substandard products and refuses to refund damaged goods. Rude unhelpful customer service. My sheets and rug are of the poorest quality and I regret spending any money with them.

Stretch covers didnt fit suplier difficult to deal with reluctlant to receive refunds & pay refunds

Used this company for deep mattress fitted sheets which did fit. But, you get what you pay for. Thin fabric cheap looking and poorly sewn. Giant stitch size and puckering on seams. Won't use again.

Cheap rubbish. Curtain pole had to be padded with cardboard to stop it sliding. It bends under the weight of their own branded curtains. The curtains are the cheapest, thinnest polyester rubbish, so wrinkly and flat. Save your money, even if it is cheap here.

I paid £12.29 for a lightweight summer duvet, so wasn't expecting high quality. The duvet that came, though, was a layer of fleece sandwiched between two layers of thin fabric with hardly any stitching to anchor it. It wouldn't have gone through the wash once. I returned it for a refund on 9 November, but have had no acknowledgement or refund, and no reply to my email enquiry.

HOLES IN MY PILLOWCASES, ABSOLUTE RUBBISH QUALITY. Bought some satin pillowcases for Christmas presents,bought them in November,opened Christmas Day. They had several holes in both of the 2 pack. When I rang to complain they did everything they could to get out of replacing the item, in the end I told them they had to replace by law as it was faulty, they eventually agreed and told me to pay £2.50 postage,I said no so they refunded me,but I wanted a replacement to match my other purchases. Terrible company and customer service,

Ordered a sherpa fleece throw as a Christmas present for my son. After opening the throw on Christmas Day I was hugely disappointed with the quality, as it was much thinner than I thought it would be. The throw is barely worth the £12.99 I paid and it never would have been worth the £32.49 full price quoted on the website. I purchased a similar throw for £25 from another retailer a couple of years ago and that is of a far superior quality. Would not purchase this throw again and wish I could return it for a refund.

Ordered a simple door mat, took my money, had me wait beyond delivery time to then tell me it is not in stock.

Companies are raising prices but lowering quality of service so make sure not to entertain companies like this that mess you about.

bought 2 single duvets and they are absolute rubbish cheap crap. I have given to RSPCA as they could not be used in Guesthouse due to being cheap rubbish. Please read reviews befor buying and DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!

Ordered from them via onbuy, the description was pair of washable crushed velvet curtains, i got a single door curtain, not crushed velvet and dry clean only! I messaged them pointing out and sending screen shot of their description that i hadn't received what I paid for, the whole experience has been horrible, they are dismissive, arrogant and have given me the worst customer service I've ever had! They now tell me they haven't received the curtains i returned via Royal mail saying the number was untrackable on yodel and to contact Ebay, i bought on Onbuy and returned via Royal mail, in fact Onbuy confirmed the company had received it! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they are disgusting, i don't think they are worth 1 star
