I purchased a sola concrete table from JL Fortitude Valley and had such a lovely experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and delivery drivers did a great job. I get so many compliments and always recommend people to go to the FV store if they ever need anything xx

Love my Willow lounge. Super comfy and room for all my family. The service in store was excellent and the delivery process was seamless. Will shop there again! My wife has a big shopping list for them.

Ordered a sofa from James Lane. Said it would take three months to arrive. 17 weeks later it came, with us having to chase multiple times for updates. Arrives and half the sofa is delivered in the wrong material. We call the shop and they take over 10 days to come back to us with an update and tell us we have to wait another 14 weeks for the new sofa. No compensation given. They’ve lost a future customer.

I purchased a coffee table then changed my mind the night prior the team in particular the manager Mark was able to promptly accommodate without any issues . Thankyou so much the team at Nunawading. The live tacking is so helpful & precise soooo good

I cannot fault the product we received - the haven gas lift bed is perfect and feels really luxurious and well built. However, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service upon delivery. The delivery people were extremely rude and questioned why anyone would pay for assembly. They were rough with the bed and left a stain on the bed head. Furthermore they left a huge box outside our apartment block which should have been removed in their truck. The boxes contain big boards that go inside the gas lift bed but they said that we shouldn’t install them because they create mould on carpeted floors. For such a premium brand, it is so unfortunate that the delivery and assembly were so poor.

I ordered a Made to Order Sofa. The turn around time was as expected and on time. The colour was perfect as it was exactly like the colour swatch I selected from .

I bought Dane lounge was due in 12 to 14 weeks but it arrived in 10 weeks and very happy with the lounge .

My partner and I purchased 4 x Mirrors from James Lane, and they were delivered in perfect condition, which we were afraid for, but the team took amazing care of our products. We've now installed them, and they look amazing and help create the illusion that we have a bigger house. Great service, great product, great quality. I've recently received my Made To Order Ludlow Sofa in Tribute Walnut and the colour is so gorgeous. The timeframe didn't take too long, and the process was easy. So much so, I've ordered 2 Ludlow Armchairs in Tribute Walnut to match! I have the new Larissa Rug also to complement it. Highly recommend!

I picked up the Dane 3‑seater with chaise from James Lane Liverpool, and honestly, the whole experience was spot‑on. Moji looked after me from start to finish, super helpful, patient, and knew exactly what would suit my space. The sofa was exactly what I’d been hunting for for ages. Not bulky, super comfy for chilling, and it fits my warm, cozy living room like it was made for it.

I own quite a few pieces from James Lane now and honestly every single one has been such good quality. You can really feel the difference compared to other stores, everything just looks and feels a lot more elevated.

I recently added a few new pieces to our home and they’ve completely transformed the space especially our living room. The finishes and overall look are just beautiful and actually hold up with a busy home and kids around.

Delivery has always been smooth for me and everything arrives exactly as expected which I really appreciate.

I have many James Lane products and I love them all. The quality is fantastic (Marble Plinths, Vases, Artwork) and the comfort is perfect (for the sofas I’ve bought). The customer service is also great; I’ve actually bonded with one of the staff. It’s such a genuine business.
