Customer service at the Macgregor store was exceptional. The Athens table is beautiful. The delivery team were fantastic and went above and beyond.

Super helpful, friendly and efficient! Found our dream cloud style couch and family couldn’t be happier! Seamless from purchase to home set up! Highly recommend!

Faulty rug 8 months old. I put in a claim as the edge of the rug is fraying and the glue is seeping through the edging. I was told it’s wear. This fault is in 3 places along 2 edges of the rug. It’s clearly a fault and have been advised we don’t have a claim. I wouldn’t purchase from James Lane again after this experience.

James Lane was so easy to deal with, delivery was quick. And my delivery drivers were amazing, so friendly, quick efficient and put my couch together for me. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

My wife and I had such a pleasant experience today at the Logan store with sales lady Cath, who simply couldn’t do enough to help and support us. We felt that we were genuinely listened to and guided towards choosing our new furniture as she literally carried pieces back and forth, and occasionally challenged our choices. Happy to say we finished with placing a significant order for most of the furniture we set out to buy! Thanks Cath.

Purchased two accent chairs from James Lane. Found the staff very friendly and helpful but not pushy. The chairs were in stock and we had them delivered within a couple of days. We received a phone call the previous day to let us know expected time of delivery and also a text message. The chairs arrived on time and look terrific in our living area. James Lane have trendy modern furniture at affordable prices. Would recommend to our friends.

Terrific experience with James Lane McGregor store over the last few days. Terrific staff in store, not pushy, really friendly and helpful. They were really accommodating with our timeframes re delivery and our budget. Follow up next day was terrific. Highly recommend and can't wait to get our new chairs delivered to our new home in a couple of weeks. Thank you again.

If I could rate James Lane negative stars I would. My initial delivery was wrong, and upon me having to chase it up, the second delivery is wrong again. This is after the website clearly stating the product was in stock - the only reason I bought that one. It was not in stock and took weeks. I will never purchase from them again.

Wrong mirror was ordered initially, I understand mistakes happen. Re-ordered & delivered today & still not the mirror I ordered. Not sure how this can happen twice. Called the store to advise and was told I’d need to go on line to lodge return. Told the store they would need to deal with it as it was their error. It really shouldn’t be so hard to order a mirror! Won’t be ordering anything again from James Lane!!

Bernadette at James Lane was fabulous - quick in her responses, clear in her communication and questions, and a delight to deal with. And James Lane treated us as valued customer - our broken couch was fixed without fuss. I recommend them as a caring and ethical company.

I would never shop through this company ever again. I’ve had to wait up to 6 months for a bedframe as it was due to order the first one didn’t get up my stairs and the staff didn’t mention that it doesn’t come apart and then I got a second bed and they didn’t have it built properly, which then caused me to wait up to 6 months for a bed and still not have a bed. Their Contact has been very poor and communicating back to me. I am now fighting for my money back and this is cost me delivery fees twice along with waiting for six months for a bed to come that I have still not got it in between this time I have been pregnant and then have a three month old baby which I have been either sleeping on my mattress on the floor and now on the couch. how slow this company has run it’s disgusting.

Ordered 6 x dining chairs, only 5 x delivered (as there was nostock in warehouse) however James Lane failed to communicate this. Paid additional fees for dining table to be assembled. Delivery drivers contested (even with evidence - receipt) finally agreed to assembling & completely damaged marble top in doing so. Escalated to warranty team over 1 week ago… emails riddled with contradictions. Very poor form.

The two girls behind the counter at James Lane Caringbah have zero customer service skills. They do not approach and also unapproachable!

Absolutely horrible. I made a order a week before I was going to a design job and on the day I was going to pick up the chairs on my way to the clients house I get a call that they don’t have my order. I was so stressed and running around the whole day trying to find dining chairs the same day. The store and warehouse were extremely unhelpful and just said they sent extra stock to stores and even though I paid in full and confirmed the day before I was coming to pick up there was nothing they were going to do. Worst experience and will never trust to order for a design job again
