Teresa in the Cairns store was very helpful finding what I wanted plus was knowledgeable and organised with quotes. I forgot I had to email first to deal with her over the phone so went to the main call centre.
The care was exemplary, great communication and delivery

The order was placed and arrived quickly i was kept i formed the whole time about where it was at. The guys delivered Nd put it together in no time. Lovely guys. The whole experience was easy and very pleasant. And I love my new coffee table looks fantastic

LOVE our new lounge. The team were so great at helping with fabric and colours. They didn’t even mind that once we ordered we kept coming back in just to sit on it! Arrival time was spot on.

We love our new lounge. It’s so comfortable and the customer service I received from Naz at the call centre was excellent. We had specific delivery requirements as we were flying into town to receive the order and the date kept being moved - 6 times! Naz resolved everything for us each time and was very professional and lovely to deal with.

on the premise of don’t ask and they don’t tell . Just found out our $8000 battery powered leather recliner needs the batteries changed every 12 months , funny they never mentioned that when purchasing. Our order was altered without our permission( to a different colour leather ) after I realised I had to go back into the store again to get it sorted . They also tried to over charge on delivery , once you’ve signed for the goods they don’t want to know you .

Happy with purchase i made through nick scali. Very comfy and sturdy ottoman, i found it a little shorter than what it should be. But otherwise very happy.

Beautiful furniture and wonderful customer service

We ordered our Nick Scali sofa bed online as we don’t have a local store nearby. The delivery was easy & the staff were helpful and friendly. The sofa bed is stunning, the colour and measurements are true to the online images and quality is amazing. We couldn’t be happier!

It felt empowering to make selections in the online store, and we could really customise to our needs, likes, space, dimensions.
We were really happy to be able to pay off in instalments. Emails kept us up to date and we could see what stage our sofas were at. Delivery was painless as staff did all the assembly. Very happy with quality- got exactly what we were expecting.

We bought a console table in the Easter sale. The whole process was easy and straightforward, The console is great quality and exactly how it was described online. The delivery was timely and the drivers were friendly and helpful

Purchased through the website, item was delivered earlier than initially scheduled which was fantastic. My only complaint is that they expect you to remove the large wooden pallet and boxes that the furniture comes wrapped in which is at an additional cost. For a large company this should be a free service for their customers.

I went to Kings Lynn to buy a pair of treking shorts .No luck .
Noticed NickScali ,thought ,Italian design perhaps for my new London house ,with vaulted ceilings and glass to invite the garden in .
The wonderful ,welcoming lady ,showed me a Design perfect for me ,being only 5 foot , electric head rests ,adjustable footrests ,choice of fabrics and colours .The Barbuda .Chairs which rotate ,,The Cobble ,which is easy to use if entertainjng or swivel to enjoy the garden .No moving that furniture ,it moves for you .
Dining ,Console and lamp tables to match with marble type tops ,all great for broken open plan living .
I look forward to dropping in and reconnecting with this lovely interesting helpful lady and purchasing other items ,the Rugs are well matched to the furniture and will protect the Oak floors .

NEVER BUY FROM Nick Scali.

Lodged a warranty claim on my couch on 2 March due to poor quality — the foam is already sinking like there’s not enough filling, and the couch isn’t even six months old. Technician came out on 27 March, and since then… nothing. No update, no decision.

I’ve called multiple times and keep getting told someone will call me back — most of the time, they don’t.

Extremely disappointing product and customer service. Still waiting on a resolution.

Laura from the Nick Scali online sales team was absolutely fantastic. She helped us with buying our first couch and made the whole experience feel so easy and exciting.

She was super responsive (even after hours!) and just went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted for us. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, which made such a difference.
