I am absolutely appaled that the gift packaging was a piece of ribbon around the box. And you have the cheek to charge £5. In future let people no this extortionate charge. I have now had to go and buy packaging. Ie .paper etc and package it myself.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback – we’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with the gift packaging. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to create.
Our gift wrap option is designed to be simple and elegant, with a focus on sustainability – using ribbon and a sleek branded box over traditional wrapping paper helps reduce waste, and we’ve had some lovely responses from customers who appreciate the understated presentation. That said, we completely understand that expectations can differ, and we’ll be taking your comments on board as we continue to improve.
We never want our customers to feel let down, and we're sorry that on this occasion it missed the mark for you.
Warm regards,
Really quick delivery quality very good

I purchased two pairs recently,
(1) For a birthday present, moccasin slippers.
(2) For Fathers' Day mule slippers.
Both perfect, excellent quality and comfortable to wear and readily easy to slip into due to swollen feet.
The other plus is the Durable Sole, which
is ideal if you require to go outside.
It would be a bonus, if your fabulous company could possible make driving shoes in a leather construction.
Thankyou once again for your kind support and prompt delivery.
Best wishes.

Excellent customer service and high quality products
I don’t often leave reviews, but I had to share my experience with Jacobs and Dalton because I received what I would consider to be exceptional customer service when placing my first order.
I had a couple of enquiries and upon contacting the company, I received very prompt responses which enabled me to swiftly place an order. I was looking to purchase a pair of slippers for my partner and I found the perfect pair from this company.
I received the order the very next morning and the slippers were packaged neatly and securely in a dustbag. The quality is excellent and I know my partner will be thrilled with them.
I’d highly recommend ordering from them and I’m looking forward to purchasing more products in the future. I am pleased to have been able to support this business.

Used this company several times now
Used this company several times now, in fact my go to staple for furnishings and gifts. My new additions of your seat pads go well in our campervan captain seats. Warm in winter and stop getting too hot in summer. You should think about making campervan furnishings!

Excellent quality & superb service
I was looking for a sheepskin rug to hang over the back of my chair. I found Jacob’s and Dalton’s website online and was impressed. I like dealing with small companies who are passionate about their products. I ordered a sheepskin and was very impressed with both the product and the swift delivery. The sheepskin was slightly larger than I had imagined, carefully packed, looks magnificent and was very reasonably priced. I’m delighted.

Repeat customer, excellent products and service.
I first made a purchase from Jacobs and Dalton over two years when I bought some sheepskin boots for my wife. She was very happy with them which makes me very happy. I have made 3 more orders with them over the last two years and on all 3 occasions we have had excellent products and service. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and their products.
