I was absolutely shocked when I went to collect my suit from the pick up point to find my £300 suit crammed into a box not much bigger than a 12inch pizza box. I couldn't believe the state it was in and to read the leaflet inside the box informing you to leave it hanging for 7 days and the wrinkles will come out. Really! That is one load of nonsense it doesn't work and to add an extra insult when I contacted them about size I was told sorry we've got a sale on contact us again in December almost 3 months later. This type of customer service is unacceptable as I paid the full price for this suit yet they prioritise customers who are buying in a sale. Needless to say that I will not be buying from them again, so if you buy a new suit from them don't be surprised when it turns up in a pizza box size box with more wrinkles than a bag of prunes.

They followed my measurements and style requirements totally the suit is great and fits perfectly.

I placed a suit order on September 17th and paid an additional £20 for each to ensure they were delivered within a 20 day guaranteed period, this is dated from when the order is submitted.

The suit was purchased for my wedding on October 9th and in discussion by email with David from Mod Fashion GS, I was assured they would be with me before that date.

Regrettably this company uses UPS to deliver their orders, a company who has a chronic and well deserved reputation for poor service and as expected the suits were delayed meaning I only took receipt of them late evening on October 7th - the 21st day since the order was placed.

The suits were packed tightly into a box meaning all were significantly creased and when trying them on I found them ill-fitting even though the company had been sent numerous photographs and accurate measurements to work from.

The shoulder area of each jacket was extended unnecessarily by excessive shoulder pads, the waist coats are too big and the clasp on the back is weak and fails to hold the material when closed and the trousers are too tight - all of which is surprising considering the amount of information they had.

Needless to say, the suits have been received too late in order to get them dry cleaned and remove the creases let alone have any alterations done in time for October 9th.

During this process David answered the emails I sent but when I began to question the whereabouts of my order and indicated that I may have to cancel if not received by the guaranteed time period which I paid for, it was at this point that David unsurprisingly went quiet.

On a positive note the material the suits are made from is of a good standard, it is just the rest of the process that is rubbish.

I chose this company based on the good reviews and quite possibly I was the unlucky customer who had a poor experience, or possibly other reviews might not be as they seem - who knows.

Personally, this has been a frustrating waste of time and money.

I have purchased many suits, jackets, trousers and shirts from MODFASHIONGS and have never failed to be totally happy, and extremely impressed by the quality, fit, and style. I have around 50 items from them including around 30 suits.I cannot recommend them enough, they go out of their way to make sure you get the suits, jackets, trousers or shirts that you want, and the way that you can pick the details that you want is absolutely fantastic.
Every time I wear one of their suits i get great compliments, and who doesn't want to be told they look " dapper " and really well turned out?
