I was dreading moving day but the guys from Izzy Removals made the day so stress free. They arrived early & got on with packing all my furniture with a friendly smile & manner.
They were so helpful, especially as I was moving alone. Thank you so much.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company, they were brilliant.

Excellent service and reasonable rates. The guys came early and got to work straight away. Managed to get everything packed in the van and at the new place in less than an hour and a half. No issues whatsoever.

Very hard working
Very friendly guys. Work very quick and efficiently ( and I was up 3 flights of stairs ). Very very reasonable rates. Well recommended. Would defo use again ( not that I want to move ever again ) !!!

No issues whatsoever
I really liked Izzy because of how Kosta handled the whole process. He was the only one that actually checked the flat online to see parking spaces and made sure my move would go the best way possible, even advising me to change the date for a better day. On the day everyone was very amicable, even with one of the movers not speaking English that well, and moved everything swiftly. I was worried after reading another review talking about a broken TV, but with me everything was peachy. Would recommend and probably use again if I need to move.

A Great Choice
Izzy removals were a bit of a life saver as had to organise the move so quickly and unexpectedly. The communication was clear and booking process smooth. The move itself went without issue, which was impressive given the non standard-ness of the items being moved. Nothing damaged during the journey. Would use again.

Do not use this company
We are an older couple and this company moved us into sheltered housing. Please DO NOT use them. After telling us to wrap our tv in bubble wrap for it to be moved, which we did, we also protected it with cardboard as well, they broke it….. I contacted the company and told them, they refused to pay out and said it was our fault as we wrapped it!,,,,,,,,,,what the hell are we supposed to do now.

Dear Julie, we have spoken with the removal team and a legal advisor from our insurance provider in regards to the TV that we moved.
Here is what we concluded:
1. All of your items, including the TV in question were handled professionally with care and transported securely to your new house.
2. The TV was packed by yourself and before loading it onto the van, my team wrapped it in transit blankets before securing it with straps to your mattress – this is a standard procedure for handling fragile items and electronics.
3. You have confirmed that the TV and its packaging had no marks of physical damage when we unloaded it inside your house. Neither the screen nor the frame are broken or had any physical marks on them when You unpacked the TV.
4. There is absolutely no possibility that the TV’s screen was pressure damaged because of the way we secured it with straps inside the van. The TV had a substantial layer of protection from the transit blankets and the packaging and the straps were not overtightened.
5. The TV was well packed by yourself, however the removal team cannot confirm in what condition it was before their arrival.
In light of the above, we cannot be held responsible for damaging your property.
We strongly suggest that You look into the warranty of your TV because this looks like a manufacturer defect.

They are fantastic !!! It’s the second move we do with them and they never disappoint you . They are very friendly and resourceful. Last time it was in 2018 and they are still the best offer in service& price.
Don’t doubt to hire them !

This company is seriously professional. I would hire them again like a shot. Prompt emails always. Perfectly written invoices and receipts. Helpful phone calls and texting over complicated pickup and delivery timetable. And Piro (I may not have spelt that right) and Ivan were polite, sensitive when ai needed to have conversations with colleagues,prompt, punctual, friendly, and uncomplaing about nasty narrow Victorian staircases at both ends. Best removals I have ever had. Professor E. Hall.

Seamless both ends
Seamless both ends. 500+ miles one way and the guys were here in <24hrs and done and driving away in just over half an hour. despite it being first and second floor. Comms from Kosta were great too - peace of mind leading up to the move. Highly recommended

Terrible experience, Rude and very slow…
Terrible experience.
The 2 guys were not only very rude ( no speaking English at all) but they were also intentionally extremely slow. As they charge you per hour they took 55 minutes to travel from a location to the other when it took me less than 20 minutes. I even caught them having a cigarette during the moving . I moved from a ground floor to a ground floor so I don’t really understand the need of having a break. They have also damaged my table , my TV stand and my sofa was extremely dirty. They were definitely not being careful with my furnitures . I called Izzy Removals to complain and I have been told that usually they are not working with those 2 guys but they didn’t have any choice as they were really busy with other jobs. Just awful! To Avoid!

Hello Will, thank You for the feedback. As I explained to You on the day of the move, we were overwhelmed with work and all of our regular teams were booked weeks in advance. We had two options - either to cancel your booking and leave You without a team OR send this team and move your belongings. After your complaints, we decided to dismiss them and we would never use them again. Frankly, it is better to have fewer, but better workers.
