Absolutely brilliant removal company. The team were professional, friendly and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy. They communicated really well, asked questions at exactly the right times, took great care with everything, and not a single item was damaged.

We recently moved from a large family home and the team were excellent! We had a few tricky items and at one point wasn’t sure or would all fit! No drama or fuss from the team. Extremely professional, helpful and very easy to deal with on the day. Communication with Svet was very good throughout the process. Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Svet was very good at communicating, the guys who did the work did it cleanly and professionally and clearly knew what they were doing, no hassle at all. They arrived a lot later than expected but I guess working around opposite parts of London that can’t be helped. Leave yourself plenty of leeway time!

Svet in the office was very helpful and organised everything smoothly. On moving day, Ivan and Dan were fantastic — friendly, professional, and very careful with my belongings. They handled everything with care and completed the move in a very reasonable time.

Ivan even took the time to fix my armchair, which would have taken me ages to do myself — a really kind and unexpected extra touch.

The van was spacious and well-equipped, including a lift at the back, which made loading and unloading much easier.

Moving with a newborn is tough, but Svet and his team made it as seamless as possible. Their packing service saved us so much time - and from accidentally packing our little one into a box in our sleep-deprived state 😅.

We were especially happy with the excellent, friendly communication; accurate quote with no hidden fees; and extremely reasonable prices.

Our experience with LBV removals was brilliant from start to finish. Svet was really thorough going through all the aspects of our move before giving us a quote. He was then in contact a few days before to see how we were doing with packing and to see if they could help anymore. We had 4 guys and 2 vans with us the whole day and the team of guys were fantastic. They safely moved our TV and took down 3 large beds and rebuilt them. The made the day a lot less stressful. Thank you so much LBV removals, we can’t recommend you enough!

Very clear communication from booking to completion, 2 guys and a Luton van arrived earlier than booked. Very professional service with mattress wrapped the same with other furniture items. Items reassembled in the new flat. Highly recommend service and team. Will use again 😎
