I submitted a change for the delivery date to delay till May. You delivered in April. I just returned home to a box that has been here on my porch for several WEEKS! We left 4/1-4/24. This is why I requested to SKIP the shipment. So you have charged me for a product that has sat out in the heat for 3 & 1/2 Weeks.

Excellent service
My questions are always answered in a very timely manner. Ivy Rx can be relied on to help their clients along their journey. Sometimes I’m amazed at how fast the support team replies to my questions. In today’s world most companies make you wait 24-48 hours for a reply. Ivy Rx is the exception and answers quickly, the most I’ve waited was several hours and test was because I submitted a question late at night. I’m very pleased with Ivys support team!
