They will take your money and run
They will take your money and run. Customer support will tell you unsafe practices with medications so pay attention. If you try and get help they will ghost you completely. 8 months as a customer I received a wrong dose and they refused to help or acknowledge they messed up. The rep told me to change my dose and gave me medical advice again what the doctor had given me. Scary truly

I’m beyond pleased with Ivy Rx. It’s working great for me as I finish out my third week. I want to highlight their customer service Five Star all the way ! Sending a generic email is very confusing. Got an email that said I would be getting charged for a script I already paid for.
