I have called 5 times this week and have been told that my account had an error and they took care of the problem. The error on my account is still there. I am now going into my second week without tirzepatide. On the phone right now waiting to speak to my 2nd supervisor. The supervisor yesterday called me and said he would call me at 5 pm to confirm the shipment. No call. My profile still shows the error

I received help from Rain through support and Rain helped answer all of my questions regarding contacting my provider, response times, and information regarding my dosages. Rain responded to me very quickly and kindly.
