Always buffering.
For years so is it not time you got it sorted.

Worst player ever, buffering with blank screen, tried with different devices, non of them works, what a rubbish, the person who is responsible for this piece of rubbish should be fired immediately! 😡

I’m really sad but I actually timed how long it took me to use itv player via my tv, it took me over 6 minutes to actually get a programme to play. Why is itv advertising all the programmes it does on the player when it’s actually useless? It also buffers all the time and sometimes just crashes and resets my tv. BBC IPlayer is way better.

Soooo Slow! The lag when you go on is ridiculous, which continues for ad breaks and if you attempt to go back to where you left off, forget it! Come on ITV, you can do so much better than this.

Absolutely useless. In fact it’s worse.
Go to watch a euro game from the start, hey I know, well show the game live in the background as soon as you click and look for the option. So the score is in the top corner, what use is watch from the start now? Clueless.
And I never did find the option to watch from start anyway.

Thousands of exclusively negative reviews... ITVX's response: Restart your router, restart your TV, look over there it's something else's fault.
Take some responsibility, this has been going on for years.
I just wish there was a choice for streaming live sport (Euros). But when there are no standards and no choices (e.g. you can only stream a service if you can prove your service is capable), what will cause a change?!

So disappointed with ITV hub. Been trying to watch England football on here totally useless If I do finally get in, it starts buffering and kicks me out again. Pathetic

My god how hard can it be with technology to work, starting from beginning all the time no resume and trow adverts in just too push your buttons 😫😤😡

Terrible, crashes all the team but audio carries on on another channel. Dreadful.

Total crap. If you turn your telly off and then try to open the app the following day it doesn't open, so I've missed half the football due to this very issue.

The app is utter ass and should be avoided. You have 96% 1 Star reviews ITV, so sort it out.

Useless app. Pop ups, constant changing to different players to watch live tv. Buttons don’t work to full screen it.

I absolutely hate ITV X hub. They should be embarrassed about how badly it glitches. For such a big corporation I find it hard to believe that they can’t invest in this properly so it actually works. I’m getting to the point where I won’t bother watching anything on ITV X anymore because it’s so frustrating how much it glitches. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ITV!!!!

It’s a shame I can’t give this app 0 stars. Trying to find a show which was just broadcast on ITV. Tried to watch live: impossible. Now trying to find it within the app. They seem to want you not to find anything. It’s just dreadful. Like a cat you bought from a man in a pub that turns out to be a rat in some sort of weird jumper.

I pay for my subscription because it would always freeze at the adverts.
Its no better. And we lost the Brilliant Britbox app for this junk!
Today its dumped my continue watching list. And is so ruddy slow I could grow a baby in yhe time it takes to get something streaming

Just watched the same adverts 3 times during love Island. Ridiculous app
